I've been around the city center, and the apartment is close to everything. Three minutes away is the Giassi supermarket, where there are two excellent self-service for lunch. Important to arrive before 12 o'clock.

The place is exactly like in the pictures, it was clean and tidy. I stayed for several days and is well equipped for longer stays as well. Sergio is an excellent host and helped me in everything I needed!

I went on the tour with my parents and grandmother to visit Morro dos Conventos!! We were greeted by Erica who is very attentive, helpful and cordial. The place is beautiful, everything as described. The cleaning is impeccable and the view is beautiful!! We feel at home!! I highly recommend!!

The apartment is well organized and clean. The Internet, which we needed to work, ran smoothly. The apartment has many features, such as a house. The kitchen is very well assorted with equipment and materials, as well as containing some very useful non-perishable food for the arrival on site. I consider TVs and online services available great and bath and bedding in more than adequate quantity. Some reminders, to improve: (1) we buy clothes preachers, as we do not find it in the apt and leave it in the apt. We can't find a funnel when we need it. We had a lot of rain on our stay and we faced leaks in the windows of the living room balcony and the kitchen windows. The air conditioning of the single room works, but we can't operate the double room, I think it has problems. Another issue (not of the apartment but of the surroundings) is that at the exit of the building there was a leaky sewer, producing very unpleasant odors. Avisei Felipe of most of these issues.

Great accommodation, we feel at home. Neighborhood quiet and close to everything, very good the location. Cláudio always helpful, gave us several options of places to visit and eat our meals. We love the place, we recommend it for sure!
