Carolina was very kind from the first moment! The house was great. Swimming pool with kiosk and barbecue as well as photos. The house has one more barbecue. Large living room and kitchen on the first floor, along with bathroom and a bedroom. On the second floor, bedroom with two double beds. Carol left linen and towels. Everything clean and organized. Quiet place, with lots of surrounding trees and privacy. The house is a few minutes from downtown Tubarão, about 10 minutes by car. I went with my family and felt at home from start to finish. We look forward to returning soon!

Our stay was just perfect. The house has everything you need (lots of crockery, platter, barbecue items, etc.). Clean and comfortable rooms. A large and cozy balcony next to the pool where you are most of the time pq is a delight. Very helpful Amanda. We'll definitely go back.

The Silvério house is very cozy, it has accommodated my family very well, we all feel very comfortable, we create good memories. Besides spacious and comfortable the house is very clean. The township that received me was Silvério's mother, we were very well received, she is a daredevil!

Thammy's place is a piece of paradise. A quiet place, totally out of the bustle of the beaches. Nos looked like a private beach. Very close to the sea, quiet surroundings and virtually no one by the sea. The district is away from bars, loud sound or any kind of disturbance. Ideal place for those looking for rest. It is possible to listen to the sound of the house sea and enjoy its beauty as well. The psychina of the house is great (sunshine until almost the end of the afternoon). The house has cooking utensils and Thammy also gives tips of options for those who do not want to cook. The house has an alarm and a round (although we did not perceive danger). We had days of tranquility, relaxation and rest. Thanks for all affection and care, Thammy!

I am happy to share that my family's stay was excellent! Arroio do Silva Prefecture positively did not know the Balneário. Communication with the host to the amenities provided, everything went beyond our expectations. The house was welcoming, clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and memorable experience for all of us. Very quiet place. Ideal for rest during the week. Weekends a little busier, but without losing your peace! Sobrado very young and fully equipped and a few meters from the beach. Host Katia was very helpful and nimble. I recommend it to everyone!

The place is very quiet! For those who have children, the front has an excellent lawn and in the back of the house there are the dunes, which is a guarantee of fun, my son loved it. Quiet and nice place, just like the pictures. Great for relaxing and easy drive to the attractions of Nova Venice and Siderópolis. There is a river near (about 500m) good for bathing. Check in practical. Eduarda responds super fast.

very good place for those who want tranquility and rest .. we didn't have much because there was an event around and sound all night... the neighbor of the front tbm.som very loud until dawn .. rural internet was weak we had two teenagers and they more complained ..finally parking left in front with a truck and took some fines ... haaa a local tv does not only work appp via Internet!! on the farthest sea !!

Great place for those looking for peace, quiet and to recharge their energies. I recommend with my eyes closed!
