once again another peaceful and quiet stay. Very clean, and James and Lesley are really helpful. location is a quiet place away from the business of traffic and noise. Very near mat bay for nice evening walks and afternoon jogs.

great little place for a few days. They had everything we needed. There is also an air fryer and all the utensils I needed. The only problem was the shower temperature was oscillating either too hot or too cold but that's fine. we managed anyway. Also the streets are full of cockroach, really we saw many of them in the whole area. We didn't have a car and we walked to places so when we came back in the dark we had to be careful. There was coming out of the coffee machine when I try to make my coffee in the morning but I don't think this is a problem of the house. They are just everywhere. Our general experience was really good though.

Amazing place. It was a combo-work trip, solo holiday, mental health retreat for me and it did it's magic. The place was ideal for one but would be just as good for two. It was comfortable, well-planned, beautiful. It is in the town but it felt like I was miles away. Literally 5 min walk to uni. Very cute cafes near by. I also walked to the city - it was a decent 1.5 hours walk but along the water which was lovely. In the car it is only like 15min drive or less - about $14 for an uber. There is public transport near by. It is a small place but spacious enough with really great bathroom. It has everything you need and the outdoor area is lovely. Overall, it was perfect for me. I loved my stay and would return. I would also highly recommend it! The hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful. I couldn't believe how thoughtful they were as well. One can see how place is so magic when it has such magical owners. A gem! Also I loved that the place was quite sustainable with recycling options

Booked the stay and immediately had great communication with the host. Flexible check in made the experience a breeze and Louis was extremely helpful as well as polite and chatty. He advised us of the area and gave us information about upcoming weather warnings. Located in Wembley, the house was easily accessible by public transport. The location is safe, quiet and calm. Any requests communicated to the host were addressed immediately. The house was clean and homey, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was tidy. All necessary homewares were available for use. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to any of my family and friends should they come to visit Perth.
