This was a beautiful place to stay for the new year with our family while we were visiting family in OK! Very close to the Arkansas border so that was neat too! Great space to get away to!

The Place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, we loved the outside sitting area, hot tub and pool. The fire pit was very relaxing and plenty of seating. The inside was beautifully decorated, very clean and everything was excellent. Hopefully we can plan another trip to stay here again.

We used this lovely house as a venue for my medical school graduation. It was roomy and stunning for SEVERAL people and children. There was ample outside and inside space. Breathtaking. Will use again when I venue is needed.

This is my second time staying at Travis‘s house. Please see my last review for details. I can’t say enough good things about Travis as a host and his house. He and his wife welcomed me with a personalized note and gifts. Since my last stay, I made a few requests regarding using nontoxic, cleaning supplies, etc. and Travis was incredibly accommodating in this regard. In summary, this is a very peaceful and quiet location that is extremely convenient to the airport and hospital and other sites. I definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again when I come back.

JC was such a hospitable and kind host. She worked so hard to make sure we felt st home and it showed. Her Airbnb is absolutely incredible, one of the nicest we have stayed in and it was located in a great peaceful neighborhood. She has impeccable design taste and we felt so at ease and cozy there. High quality appliances and very luxurious beds that made our stay even better. Wish we couldve stayed longer, but we so appreciated having JC's place as a launch pad and place to unwind. Do not hesitate to book her place!

I work remote and travel. This is one of the best places I've stayed in Fort Smith. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable and cute. It's safe, quiet, beautiful, and right in the middle of everything that you need.

Drove 12+ hours to enjoy this comfortable home. Besides the front stairs and back porch, very wheelchair accessible downstairs! So very clean, cute, quiet and private. and many thoughtful touches that came in handy. Amazing fall decor for Thanksgiving. Everything we needed in the kitchen! Beautiful outdoor space and basketball court, there was even a basketball! The industrial area doesn’t even matter because it is private and quiet and this home is so beautiful inside and out.

Kayla and her husband were awesome! I stayed from Oct thru January and it felt just like home. The house is great and the location is perfect. If I get transferred to this location again I will be trying to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

We had a group of 11 men and women who gathered together to see the fabulous stage show "Shen Yun." It was such a fun experience. Everyone was so blessed with the environment. The pool table became a big hit after the show!

This was a combination trip for us. Our 20th anniversary and a get away for me dealing with cancer. We stayed 10 days and didn’t want to leave. The house was charming. We had a couple incidents, but everything was resolved very quickly. If my health allows, I would love to return one day. I highly recommend this charming house to anyone. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were luxuriously and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. A charming environment to host a family gathering. Highly recommended!

This place is ideal for anyone with little ones. Lots of fun toys. No tv but was nice sitting around snd visiting in the evenings. Accidentally got locked out but the host was quick to the rescue. Watch out for the back top step though. Son in law almost went down the entire flight in the dark. It’s pretty steep. We will be back for sure.

This Airbnb of Douglas' is extraordinary. We have traveled the world and the U.S., and I believe this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. I want to start off with a warning about the hot tub so that it will be seen without needing to expand this review — The hot tub is EXTREMELY hot, unlike any i have ever experienced. So a word of caution to not let kids just get in before it is checked. I would suggest taking the lid off at least 30 min to a hour before use as well as turning the temp down. It was set at 90 but literally felt like 120°. I was able to get it down to 86° and it was still too hot to be in. 80° would probably be the perfect setting. This home is beautiful. Has everything you need for a home away from home, especially a stocked kitchen. Two bath robes in every bedroom closet was a nice added touch. The beds were all comfortable memory foam with mattress toppers for added comfort. The bed sheets were so very soft. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful.

Everything was just as pictured. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space in the house.
