We used this lovely house as a venue for my medical school graduation. It was roomy and stunning for SEVERAL people and children. There was ample outside and inside space. Breathtaking. Will use again when I venue is needed.

We came in for a graduation and the house was very comfortable for us. As other reviewers have said, it does need some updating and definitely make sure you understand the parking situation, it is very tight when you park on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived after driving all day, the porch light and interior lights were on, welcoming us to a very nice clean space. Cathy was very helpful and responsive with the few questions we had. It is a duplex side by side but please don’t let that fool you, it is a very quiet and peaceful unit! We could not hear our neighbors, but the bonus of that was were were able make good friends with our neighbors in the next door unit!! If I come back to Fort Smith next year, I will be staying at Cathy’s place again for sure!!

This was a perfect in between location for us. The house was very pet friendly and welcoming. The privacy fence back yard was a huge plus. There were many restaurants within a few miles away. Overall, we would definitely go back!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed for a week at a time at Belinda's while visiting FS. Private & fenced back yard for the dog. Garage is big & is available for use during ur stay. (Love that ❤️) Master bed is big & comfortable. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. We hope to make Belinda's a regular spot when we come to FS to visit family.

And we hope to get to try the pizza in the future. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bed and breakfast with breathtaking views. Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable, the perfect retreat. While the room had a quaint, older charm, it was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Glenn. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and taken care of. He gave us some very good travel trips and made us feel like valued guests. Of course, I can’t forget to mention the delicious homemade breakfast, it made for a delightful start to our day. Overall, our experience at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of wonderful.

Nathaniel is very helpful and responsive. Check-in and checkout was very smooth. I appreciate there being extra clean bath towels, shampoo, and body wash.
