House-Sleeps 8-Parking-Garden

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

Hare Cottage

Simply just fabulous. Our hosts were very friendly and informative. They also genuinely wanted us to have a great time which we did. The property is even better than described and far superior to any 5 star hotel we have stayed in previously. It's always the small things that make a difference and it seems they have thought of everything. ( Well Andrea has! LOL ) Everything oozes quality and care. Our dogs loved it there, two very large Golden Retrievers, and it was so lovely to see so many lambs in the fields right beside the property. Our dogs are used to that and so there was no issue with the close proximity and the fencing was perfect regardless. Upon arrival Keith showed us around personally which is always very helpful. The "welcome pack" was plentiful and very much appreciated after a long journey. It wasn't just the basics and obviously a lot of thought had gone into it. Sorry K&A but the adult kids demolished the chocolates and treats! Hopefully we shall be back!

Hyde Farm Cottage

A wonderful stay in a lovely retreat. Quiet and peaceful, but close enough to get anything you need, the place like a home away from home, and Penny couldn't do enough to help out. We'll definitely return to this lovely accommodation.

Van was clean and comfortable, good base for what we wanted to do. Park itself is pretty, and the following is no reflection on Ioans place but as an FYI you need to purchase a day pass to use the facilities such as the pool etc £5 pp per day, it's not clear if you then need to pay extra for the swimming or if that's included, the online booking for this is new and bit pointless you can't then book swimming slots on line, you have to go to the gate huts to get your wrist band for the day pass then to the pool, didn't know this as it's not on the website so went to the pool, I was told we couldn't use the pool as the local schools had returned to school so wasn't open to holiday makers, fortunately the lady did let the kids use it after a bit of a stand off, we didn't use any more of the facilities apart from the pump track so feel like the £5 day pass for use of the pool was fair as the kids used 2 x 45min slots as it was quiet, not sure I would have been happy to pay more than that.
