Vacation rentals with a patio in Covina

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

The place was everything we needed for a short and comfortable stay. The apartment is small but well-equipped and everything was working properly. Clean and tidy. Natasha was very kind and always available for any questions. I recommend it

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice cozy clean updated great host

This was a beautiful home to stay at. Frank responds quickly to my questions that I had and gave great suggestions for things to do in the surrounding area. The home was just as pictured, very clean and plenty of parking space for the guests that came with me. Overall, I would book this home again when I plan to visit the area.

Justin's place is a true oasis. Great location- less than a ten minute walk to the main street. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. I would stay here again.

I can’t say enough about Daniel’s Airbnb. It’s beautiful surroundings, attractively decorated, very welcoming, super comfortable, extremely clean and has just about everything you need. Daniel is very responsive, reaching out to welcome, making one feel right at home and answering any questions promptly. I felt safe and at ease in the neighborhood. A group of friends and I were traveling for a reunion and birthday celebration! We wanted to be near the Yaammaava casino and this place was a perfect location! It definitely boasts beautiful scenery and lots of space for larger groups to enjoy, the spa pool was amazing with the heating feature and waterfall! As this was my first Airbnb ever booked I gotta hand it to our host. Miguel was helpful in all things needed and provided quick responses to any questions I asked! I definitely recommend booking this listing if you’re staying in San Bernardino!

Hanna’s place was very beautiful and a great place to stay at for the weekend. Everything was as described and clean.

Great value for our 2-day stay only 20-25 minutes away from the Rose Bowl. It is a small space but they did a great job of setting up what we needed for the weekend without it being cluttered, and we could tell it was clean. We enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, stovetop and toaster oven, although we made sure to go out and enjoy some terrific Asian food at one of the MANY nearby restaurants. We felt safe strolling around the neighborhood in the evening and enjoyed the area.

Jin is an awesome host! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The home is absolutely beautiful just like the pictures, if not better in person. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Jin and his home to anyone looking for a great stay!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool.
