Monthly Rentals in Court House, Arlington

This was our second stay while visiting DC. The location is in a quiet Arlington neighborhood but .5 mile walk to the Metro-Clarendon Station, Trader Joe's, and a good variety of quality restaurants. Quick drive to DC sites. Great for a couple or solo. Would definitely stay again. -Pat & Andrea

Julia's place was perfect for our overnight in Arlington! Julia was extremely responsive and her place truly felt like home. Superbly clean and had so many amenities! Julia even provided a few water bottles, coffee, and tea upon our arrival. An overall great stay. Thanks, Julia!

I had the perfect stay in this lovely, quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect! Close to metro, shopping, and loads of great restaurants. Also a very pleasant walk to FSI. I felt like the first guest, as every thing seemed brand new in this spacious, well-appointed apartment.

Nice place. Good location. Short walk from Trader Joe’s. Close to the touristy stuff. Would stay again.
