Monthly Rentals in Court House, Arlington

This was our second stay while visiting DC. The location is in a quiet Arlington neighborhood but .5 mile walk to the Metro-Clarendon Station, Trader Joe's, and a good variety of quality restaurants. Quick drive to DC sites. Great for a couple or solo. Would definitely stay again. -Pat & Andrea

I had the perfect stay in this lovely, quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect! Close to metro, shopping, and loads of great restaurants. Also a very pleasant walk to FSI. I felt like the first guest, as every thing seemed brand new in this spacious, well-appointed apartment.

Eddie and Tina were the BEST!! We were in town to celebrate the 60th Presidential Inauguration, we spent 6 days at their wonderful Air-bnb space. They were incredibly accommodating and very communicative throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, well kept and had everything we needed to have a great and enjoyable time. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The Apartment was just a few minute walk around the corner to a grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and Starbucks. The neighborhood was also very safe and comfortable for walking to anywhere you need to go. Only about a 5-8 minute walk to the local metro to take us into D.C.. It took us 15min total from walking out the door to arriving at the Capitol South Metro Center just south of the United States Capitol building. We honestly could not have asked for more, everything we needed was there and available. Thank you both so much for everything...so many great memories made!!
