House vacation rentals in Cottonwood

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Sedona, which was highlighted by our stay at Michelle’s place. We had 4 adults, 2 kids & a toddler and we could not have imagined a more perfect set-up for location and type of home. The house was spotless, very cozy, and Michelle has clearly spent time and attention on every detail of the house (which just made our stay so enjoyable). Some specifics we loved (esp the kids): pop a shot & pacman to play and stay entertained, perfect hot tub to come back to after hiking, a beautiful open living space and kitchen where we all hung out, ate together and watched movies. Given we have young kids, we ate several meals at home and the kitchen was perfectly organized (with labels of where everything is - awesome touch!) and had anything and everything you’d want or need. Location: perfectly situated just a 5 minute drive into town (the Village of Oak Creek), which had plenty of food options. Michelle - so responsive and caring. Had great recs!

This Sedona stay was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. Several beautiful hikes walking distance from home, clean home, responsive host, views from the home are stunning.

Great place in Sedona for a relaxing weekend with views and a hot tub. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the recommendations as well. Would definitely return if we ever come back to Sedona.

My family had a wonderful stay at this home nestled under Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock! The home had everything we needed, with plenty of space for all of us. Our favorite part was being able to enjoy the amazing red rock views right from the hot tub! The home was close to grocery stores and restaurants and within 5-15 minutes of all the hiking trails our family wanted to explore!

Perfect location for a Sedona getaway. The view from the house is unreal. The environment is so peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the fire place and hot tub. Super walkable to restaurants and more. Also walkable to a couple trails! Would love to come back!

The place was beautiful...plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the family had was comfortable with a huge television, tons of closet space with a lot hangers (which was very nice), easy to use climate control, and we were able to park in the garage which was awesome. Ira was very responsive...we had an issue with the hot tub, and he took care of it immediately. He was also very considerate and asked me if we needed anything numerous times. Highly recommended.

Doug's place is an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the hot tub is a welcome respite after a day of hiking. Overall, a good value for the money. We will be back next year.

This was our first trip to Sedona and it was amazing, including our stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, tucked away in a cute neighborhood, with amazing views from the backyard. It’s easy to get into town for groceries or to grab dinner or shop. It’s also conveniently located to several trailheads. The hosts provided clear instructions for how to access the home and everything you’d need to know while staying there. We also had a few questions for them during our stay and they were very quick to respond and help in any way possible. I’d definitely recommend this home for your visit to Sedona.

Wonderful location with everything you could want for a family trip. Close to some of the best Sedona trails and the hosts are super helpful and responsive.

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

What a gorgeous Sedona stay! The backyard is one that you never want to leave. But there’s so many iconic landmarks nearby that are well worth the hike. The house is quiet and peaceful and has giant windows with showstopper views. There’s thoughtful things throughout the house, like the snack basket which my kids were thrilled about, lots of family games and a record player for a fun game night. Immaculate kitchen. Good coffee and other essentials within walking distance. Book a reservation ahead of time at Mariposa and get empanadas and drinks on the deck, and take in the stunning views. And if you need anything, the host is very kind and really went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. Enjoy! I know we did!

Spectacular views, beautiful pool and hot tub, spacious and comfortable home, private and relaxing surroundings - this is an all around wonderful spot! My family and I enjoyed exploring Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon from here. The home was a respite after long hikes and outdoor adventures. Dawn, Jim, and Brayanna could not have been nicer and were the most kind and accommodating hosts with very quick response times whenever I reached out with a question. House was just as pictured, clean, well stocked, and check in and out were easy. We chose to heat the pool during our mid-April visit and it was well worth the money, my boys spent many hours swimming while my husband and I relaxed with a book poolside, all of us enjoying the breathtaking mountains in the distance. We had a fantastic family holiday at Shannon's pool house. Excellent location - peaceful and private pool area, walking distance to old town Cottonwood and short drive to any number of attractions in the Sedona/Verde Valley area. Great place to unwind after a long day of hiking or to enjoy a lazy day by the pool. Host was attentive and made everything easy from check in to check out. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot in west Sedona. Highly accessible to everywhere you’d want to go and the home was beautifully designed and simple to navigate. Would book again.

Phenomenal stay. Incredible clean place, cozy without feeling too small. We had wondered if we’d maybe want somewhere closer downtown and are SO glad we didn’t go that route! This place was close enough to be convenient to downtown Sedona, but where we were still able to watch a peaceful sunset against the rocks and barely know other people existed. Robin was a great host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and home base for exploring Sedona and the beautiful surroundings. The house offers lovely views and plenty of space. Some of the amenities need a little TLC, but that didn’t take away from the experience or our enjoyment of the house. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept great! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is the best rental we have stayed in. And we travel a lot! It had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible from upstairs and downstairs. The wrap around patio was a dream! It was snowing outside and we were so warm and cozy all throughout the house. The real fireplace was beautiful. The play loft was especially great for my two little ones! Definitely a family friendly place with charming decor all over. We felt right at home. It was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We saw a lot of elk too! The host was fast to respond and very helpful during booking and throughout our stay! The town itself had great restaurants, a little farmer’s market (we got some yummy tamales), and cute stores to shop in!

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona, AZ. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciated their hospitality and communication. I’d definitely love to stay here again on a future trip!

The home was very clean and welcoming. Nicely furnished, with lots of supplies, everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. Close to hiking, local towns, plus downtown Cottonwood is a real gem... great shops and restaurants. I would recommend this home to family and friends!!

This was probably the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect. It is a short drive to uptown but was far enough removed on a cul-de-sac to feel peaceful during the height of tourist season. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The view from the deck is incredible, greatly exceeding expectations. We found ourselves sitting here every evening in order to watch the sun reflect off the red rocks to the east. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, the two bathrooms helped us get ready for hiking more quickly in the morning, and the TV with Netflix provided entertainment after sunset. If we go back to Sedona in the future, there is no question we will stay here.

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.
