Great place! The location was ideal in a quiet neighborhood right outside of Oak Creek, such that you can access restaurants within 3 minutes and have a peaceful place to stay. The backyard is fantastic with a hot tub, pool, great views, and privacy. Everything was clean and in good order. The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

We were a little further from Sedona than we thought we'd be, but the location was great. Having stayed in Sedona before, I preferred the Village of Oak Creek. It had everything we needed and the drive to Sedona was spectacular. The unit was clean and well furnished. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Shower and toilet area in the bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate. I'm a pretty big guy and that's about the only negative thing I could say about the unit. Plenty of parking and good amenities. Maintenance person (Nathan) was very responsive. If we return to Sedona, we would stay there again. Also, before our arrival, Brandon was in constant communication with us. He provided all kinds of info regarding restaurants and things to do. It was very helpful.

Tiffany’s place was perfect for us. Close to lots of places to walk and also away from uptown Sedona which gets very congested quickly. Super quiet and spacious for a few days of hiking, cooking with kids. Highly recommended!

Was a great location to visit Sedona - close to all the restaurants, trails, and stores but quiet enough that you can rest! Had plenty of space for our group.

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

A really great one! Great location (walkable to restaurants, close to the trials without having to go through Sedona's traffic), spacious, great condition (3 TVs, all appliance you could think of...) The kids also loved the pool and the pickle ball courts. Lastly, it is very good value-for-money. Highly recommended!

Beautiful space in a nice neighborhood, yet very close to main road and many trailheads. Comfortable bed and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The fridge is a mini and limited freezer space. Keurig coffee maker and hot water pot provided along with 2 burner cook top. Great host with helpful recommendations.

Great place, very clean and organized. We loved it. There were enough restaurants and bars and diners/coffee shops to allow us to go somewhere good, and different every day go 4-5 days

Cute space walking distance from Old Town Cottonwood. The space is small, but very comfortable and efficient. The bed was comfy too.

Awesome location near the best restaurants, hiking and shops in Sedona. We went with kids so we also really enjoyed having a pool and hot tub at the end of the day. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

We loved staying at this condo for our trip to Sedona. Clear instructions and communication from the host the entire time. The place is basically 2 units combined - a studio and a 1 bedroom apt. So there’s 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. So nice. Utilized the washer and dryer in the unit which was so helpful. The pools and jacuzzis are really nice and front desk is helpful to bring extra towels, blankets or whatever you need. I would love to stay here again!

This was one of the best-appointed Airbnbs we’ve stayed in - it has everything we needed, plus some things we didn’t. This was our second trip ever with our five-month-old baby so we are still getting the hang of things, and being in such a comfortable spot made it easier. Hosts were super communicative and helpful, place was easy to find and well-located away from the tourist crowds of Sedona but still close enough that we spent plenty of time hiking and sightseeing. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the region — or even further afield to the Grand Canyon, which we visited on a day trip.

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

My family had the good fortune to find and stay at Vista Ridge for Christmas. Its location couldn't be more perfect - we were able to walk everywhere in Uptown as well as down to Tlaquepaque Village. It was a cinch getting into this house, and we were very happy to find that there was a Christmas tree and some decorations. My adult son and daughter had their own bedrooms downstairs - each with king-sized beds - and had their own bathrooms which pleased them both. The living area was very comfortable, the kitchen was spotless and a nice size. We only ate breakfasts at the house so I can't really speak to how equipped the kitchen is since I didn't need any pots, pans, or kitchen tools, however, there are plenty of nice dishes, cups, and tableware. The upstairs master loft spacious with a nice view of rock formations. It and the bathroom were very clean and comfy. Unfortunately, we didn't use the outside areas, but you'd love what is available. We highly recommended this rental!

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. It was clean and nearby a lot of restaurants and things to do. It is not very walkable to restaurants if that is what you’re looking for! Everything is only a few minutes drive though. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. It was clean and well kept. Katharine was friendly and responded quickly with any questions we had.

I loved my stay at Elizabeth's house in West Sedona. The space was just as pictured and described. It was bright, clean and welcoming. Every bit of space felt considered and intentional. I loved perusing the wall full of books and the artwork around the house. In one direction I could be at the shops and restaurants of West Sedona within a 10 minute walk and in the other direction, a wonderful hiking trail just up the hill. I was there attending a workshop at a nearby studio and found the home to be such a lovely place to return to each evening for a hot bath and good sleep -- and to spend slow mornings having breakfast there and sitting outside journaling near the fire pit. I was there solo and had more than enough room and everything I needed for cooking simple meals in the small kitchen. I also appreciated the walk-in closet in the bedroom with lots of room to unpack fully. I never had any need to reach out to Elizabeth; however, her communication otherwise was proactive and clear.
