Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

This is our small quiet 2 room apartment in the heart of Dresden's Neustadt. The apartment is located in the back of an apartment house on the 3rd floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel cot and chairs for small children are available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
