The apartment is much better than pictured! Huge backyard, two big bedrooms with a small twin bedroom attached, and overall just a great apartment for 4+ people. Location is away from all the noise but 2 min away from beach and restaurants. Will be staying again.

We loved our stay! The apartment was sparkling clean, huge and cozy. Perfect place for relaxing stay. We felt like home immediately. The place is bigger, than it appears in photos, the kitchen is well equipped, very cozy terrace. Apartment is located in a calm street, the beach is very close. Very comfortable private garage. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, making our vacation even better. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Tenerife. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view—it was truly breathtaking and made our time there even more special. The house itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the swimming pool was a great place to unwind. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, always available if we had any questions. Their hospitality made our experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Tenerife.

Pedro’s house is wonderful: it is quiet and big for one person. What I especially liked is the terrace in front of the house: when needed shadow, else sunny. I worked here for six weeks and internet was good. The electricity infrastructure is not very good in Abades, so there was indeed 2 hours no electricity. But that was the only negative point in 6 weeks. Pedro is reacting very fast on questions. So hopefully I can use his house once again !!😊😊

We had a most enjoyable month in the house, making use of the courtyard (yoga mat and blocks greatly appreciated) and the sun loungers. The desk was helpful and we both did some work. The house is very well equipped, in a central part of town, with easy access to the sea. It was really nice not to be in a big complex and the local community were welcoming. There is easy access to great hiking, running and cycling. Along with all the local shops you might need. The house was super clean and John was very responsive when we did need a bit of help. Highly recommended.

This a perfect paradise to enjoy sunshine and a lush beautiful piece of heaven. We loved our long winter break and felt at home immediately. Ana was a stand out host always super quick on her responsiveness when there were issues, such as being stuck in the hoist hanging over the pool or gate not opening on departure date. All was sorted in minutes. Very reassuring esp as we were two holiday makers and one being a wheelchair user with no independence. We just loved the plantation location as so lush and away from the busy areas of Los Cristianos but so close to get to by car or taxi as well as everywhere else we wanted to go. The best coffee bar, El Monte on main road, is walking distance and our every morning ritual walk! The restaurants, supermarket and whole area are mostly for locals and we could practice our Spanish. Esp the very well stocked Italian shop nearby was a favorite visit, for all things Italian (another favorite). We just loved it all and hope to come back.

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Nothing to complain - good central location, great sea view from balcony, fully equipped kitchen, hosts helped us with some particular kitchen stencil needs, very bright apartment, grocery store nearby, parking option (ask host). Just enjoy the sunsets:)

A great location, incredibly clean and such a comfy bed. We’d recommend if you want to be close to the action, but slightly out from the craziness.

Very user friendly homely (not too pristine) apartment with everything we needed incl reliable wifi (& things we didn't need .. TV, coolbox & packs, toaster, microwave, kids stuff ) Ideal if self catering (wide range of utensils & store cupboard ingredients just like home! ) Immaculate good size fridge & freezer. Washing machine a great asset. Hair drier. Beds firm & very comfy, blackout curtains etc Clean compact friendly safe & resort. Quiet in eve. Doesn't attract lowest common denominator Brits like rest of island can. Tremendous buses, bus stop 2 mins away. Itsa bus app = easy journey planning eg to Tenerife DC footy match, so family friendly. Local taxis cheaper than Uber Big choice of walkable restaurants/cafes/supermarkets (incl veggie / vegan) with well cooked healthy fresh food. Good moochy shops Go walk Mount Roja if not too windy Boardwalk great for people watching incl kitesurfing. Trial & error = best way to choose where to go on beach Absolutely loved it here

You get a great welcome to a spotless and very well equipped apartment in a very quiet residential area. Transfer from airport arranged by host was great. These guys really look after you!

Enjoyed pool onsite and short walk to never crowded sandy beach. Short walk to facility with restaurants and supermarket. Nice view from windows and balcony.

This Airbnb in El Médano is fantastic for remote workers! It features two spacious rooms and a stable, high-speed internet connection, making it ideal for working comfortably. The apartment was great and clean, and the girl who checked us in was extremely nice. The only thing that bothered us was the pool, which was supposed to be heated, but it wasn’t. Even on cooler days (below 18 degrees), the pool wasn’t heated, and if you stayed in for more than 5 minutes, you’d start shivering. We asked the girl who checked us in, and she said to ask the guy at the pool. The guy said he had no idea and suggested contacting the manager. I wanted to stay a few more days, but since colder days were coming and the pool was too cold, I decided to leave earlier.

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, everything met our expectations and created the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We'd love to come back!

Lovely large apparment in an excellent location within a well maintained complex. The two main bedrooms have comfortable beds and have plenty of storage for clothes. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has a cabin style single bed than can extent to a small double. Good for one or two children as it shares the Jack and Jill en suite bathroom. The large patio has a good mixture of sunshine and shade from around 9.00-17.00 hours (Jan/Feb) It has two comfortable sun loungers and a table that seats 6. Both smart televisions allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime etc accounts. The pool bar offers good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The pool areas are good, with one pool being heated. The complex no longer has table tennis or pool tables in the indoor area (as of Feb 25). Overall a lovely apparment is a nice complex, we would be happy to return again.

This accommodation was amazing and very clean. I had a great stay with my freinds. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Would highly recommend to stay in this apartment.

We chose this accommodation for our holiday with family. It was great that each room had its own bathroom, even a toilet on the lower floor and a take. Another great thing is the private garage, so it's always nice in the car and no one outside scratches it. The apartment is clean and you will find everything you need in it. The complex is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, the nearest shop is just as far. The beach is very close and it is quite empty, which I take as an advantage. Another great thing is the private pool for the whole complex, but there are not too many people and it is a nice place. What I appreciate a lot is the service of the hostess Maria, who is really helpful at any time, gave us a lot of tips on local events or advised us where to go for a meal or what to skip. Whenever it was needed, she answered my question via text message or arrived in a few moments and sorted it out. Highly recommend and give 6/5 stars :)

Stayed at Monica's place for ten nights over the Christmas period 2024/ 2025. Upon arrival, the instructions provided were concise, and it was easy enough to get into the second-floor apartment. The apartment block is fully gated and secure, and there are a few shops down on the ground floor where you can buy any daily essentials. The sunbathing area is clean, and there are approximately 30 sun beds and fixed benches around the pool area, which is also gated and was never crowded when we stayed. The apartment itself was very clean and was furnished with all the essentials that you could need for a self-catering stay. The balcony has enough room for 2 people to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and the sun all day long as it is south-facing with views over to the sea which is a slow 5-minute stroll, and the apartment is conveniently located close to the main bus station in a quiet residential area. Monica as a Host was fantastic and very accommodating, any questions were answered.
