5 Stars for this stay! Our hosts Samantha and Victor were welcoming and always responsive. The place is spacious (2 floors) and was clean. You have an excellent internet connection, ideal for remote workers. 2 terraces, 2 swimming pools, 1 tennis court! Next by (3 min walk) there is a super market and restaurants. Would highly recommend to stay there!

Excellent place to stay. Real friendly and communicative host. Jose was so sweet to allow early check-in. Clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and spacious bedrooms, large kitchen. Easy to find and seamless check-in. We cooked dinner comfortably. We were really happy with our choice. Would stay again.

Pedro’s house is wonderful: it is quiet and big for one person. What I especially liked is the terrace in front of the house: when needed shadow, else sunny. I worked here for six weeks and internet was good. The electricity infrastructure is not very good in Abades, so there was indeed 2 hours no electricity. But that was the only negative point in 6 weeks. Pedro is reacting very fast on questions. So hopefully I can use his house once again !!😊😊

This was our second stay at this lovely house in Alcala. We particularly enjoy the privacy of the sunny courtyard, with sun beds, seating and everything you need for relaxing after a day's swimming, walking or exploring. We feel very much at home here and would love to visit again!

unfortunately, I was not on site myself but booked it for my cousin who relies on a wheelchair. She was very satisfied and the accessibility is commendable. Thank you for everything and see you in the future

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Darius is a great host very reliable and communication was fast to respond. He gave really delicious restaurant suggestions and the apartment is amazing highly recommend.

Communication with Andrew was always quick and friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, everything relevant can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The apartment is fully equipped, especially the dishwasher and washing machine were very helpful. Also the cooler was great for our excursions! Andrew's tip with the small restaurant right on the corner is also to be highlighted, so you get delicious, local food very cheaply. The small balcony has little sun, but a great view of Teide. All in all, we loved it and would come back!

The apartment is well equiped, looks as in the photos. A big plus is the private parking, the public ones are difficult to find. The pool was also a great asset. There are two small beaches nearby and many restaurants and shops.

Perfect stay in a luxury apartment. I was fortunate to stay in an incredibly modern apartment, the experience was simply excellent. The apartment is impeccably decorated, with a contemporary design and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is outstanding. The social areas are a real plus, offering spacious and well-equipped spaces that allow you to relax and enjoy to the fullest. The location of the apartment is unique, located in a strategic area that facilitates access to various attractions in the South and the rest of the Island. It's the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying all it has to offer. But what really made my stay special was the attention of the host, Mrs. Susana. From the first contact, he was extremely kind and cordial, making sure everything was in order and that I did not lack anything. 100% recommended. I would come back with my eyes closed.

The apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped. We found everything we needed. Anastassia was very helpfull and flexible host. She prepared everything so we would feel like home. The only mistake is we could stay only 1 night 🙃.

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, everything met our expectations and created the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We'd love to come back!

Spent a week at this 3 bedroom apartment. Place spacious and well presented. Clean and tidy pool areas and bar. Surprised no life guards by pool, many children left unattended so running around . For me I would have liked a little welcome pack of food essentials even if I had to pay. Arriving later at night would have been useful. Also needed an information pack of area and set up of the complex. All outside gates were locked except one, which we were not aware of. Information about buses, taxis & medical locations needed. But all said it was a peaceful place where we were and I would go back .

couldn't of asked for a better place & location for our short break! from the confirmation of booking to arrival our host was fantastic, communicated well, offering tips recommendations and even help with travel from the airport. Plenty of places to park and facilities were as described with everything you need to make yourself at home! The location is great and everything you could need is all within walking distance making it great for people of any age. Would recommend and hopefully we will return in the future!! Thanks for the beautiful stay ❤️

We chose this accommodation for our holiday with family. It was great that each room had its own bathroom, even a toilet on the lower floor and a take. Another great thing is the private garage, so it's always nice in the car and no one outside scratches it. The apartment is clean and you will find everything you need in it. The complex is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, the nearest shop is just as far. The beach is very close and it is quite empty, which I take as an advantage. Another great thing is the private pool for the whole complex, but there are not too many people and it is a nice place. What I appreciate a lot is the service of the hostess Maria, who is really helpful at any time, gave us a lot of tips on local events or advised us where to go for a meal or what to skip. Whenever it was needed, she answered my question via text message or arrived in a few moments and sorted it out. Highly recommend and give 6/5 stars :)
