House vacation rentals in Costa del Silencio

The Villa is a great place to stay. It is close to the Playa del Duque and numerous restaurants. Vanessa was a wonderful hostess and always replied promptly to any questions we had, she met us on arrival. The villa was as described and in the photos.

Another great stay at a Cameron villa. Always helpful and on hand for anything can’t do enough. The villa is located by Siam park mall, it’s quite but close enough to the shops. When ever we look to book always look to see if he has a villa, the villa are exactly as described couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I visited Emilio‘s place for a few days with some of my middle-age school friends. The house is lovely, more traditional and characterful. The house has everything you need and more. The beds are comfy, lots of towels, lovely outdoor space and of course the pool which we did not use as much as we should have, but it is warm. The only downside we had was that we had a flight delay and we arrived very late and we could not find the fourth bedroom! It is an annex by the pool! So if that happens to you, don’t worry you will find it! We liked the area as it is not too built up and it is easy to walk to bars and restaurants from the house. Although the house itself is in a nice quiet area. We particularly liked a cafe called Ocean vibes close to the beach which sells quality food. So yes, we would happily recommend Emilio‘s house .

Honestly one of the nicely places have stayed on the island. The views are unbelievable! The pool is so inviting. Villa is equipped with everything you could need for you stay also. All in all a truely wonderful place to relax and stay. 5 stars from me! Thank you, until next time 😊

We really liked our break in the small quiet oasis in El Escobonal. The extensive property invites you to discover and linger. Our children (0-3 years old) loved the pool, sandbox, slide, and playroom. The garden with unlimited avocados, oranges, and other treats was a great bonus. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and a dishwasher would of course be a dream but otherwise everything was wonderful. The contact with landlords and owners also ran smoothly and was very nice.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, it had everything we needed, we often had the communal pool to ourselves and there was a great supermarket just up the road. There were some lovely restaurants in walking distance , but there were very steep hills to conquer on the way home! Taxis were only 5 euros if steep hills aren’t for you.

Lovely place. Cosy. Easy access. Loads of utilities in the kitchen. In the middle of no where but peaceful.

Fantastic Villa with a kind host.

It was a nice stay in Cho, quite neighborhood. It takes 10 mins to reach to Siam Mall, 10-15 to the nearest beaches or Las Americas by car. Big supermarkets (HyperDino) are also 7-10 mins by car. The house is a great option for you if you rent a car, the parking spot is available, The house is clean and spacy with all needed for a long-term stay. The whole room on the second floor is equipped for remote working and even a monitor is available. The house also have a lovely terrace, which we really liked. Eric is super responsive and friendly, great host. The communication with him was very smooth.

Lovely, quiet apartment, close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Was perfect location, quite but close to everything, judit was amazing and so friendly, got to Tenerife past 10pm and judit was still so proactive and was a really welcoming space, really enjoyed my time here, thankyou both so much

Fabulous villa for a group of ladies celebrating a 50th. Villa was a taxi ride away from all the bars and restaurants. Only thing thats would be helpful for people arriving would be to have some information on nearest supermarket and number for taxi firm and restaurants etc. I would recommend for a girlie break.

The place was simply outstanding. Breathtaking views of the ocean, super comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Patrick our host was also very helpful with tips and suggestions for activities around the island. Couldn’t recommend it more, we had an unforgettable holiday.

Five of us ladies spent a week at Borris's house and it was just wonderful. The house is just perfect for a group. A very social kitchen with all the mod cons, lounge and a fantastic outside space to chill. Sea views and alfresco dining. It was peaceful and you can walk into El medano very easily. Petra who looks after the house for Borris is so helpful and friendly. A lovely trip. Big thank you.

We arrived and soon discovered this is a perfect location and perfect home for a family holiday. I enjoyed a break with a couple of mature friends, my fellow guests were amazed at this place. With luxury inside and outside, an amazing view over the volcanic island, town and bay, it is dreamlike. Surrounded by all of the amenities you could wish for, a short taxi ride away from this amazing property which you will want to spend as much time in as possible. Whether you come here to get a tan, do yoga on the large sun swept patio, or to cook meals and make the most of the two kitchens and amazing dining areas, this home will make you feel very proud and want to tell your friends. A perfectly clean home, which is as amazing as the photos. And hosts who help you immediately settle in and start your holiday with no fuss. I am already excited to bring my family back to enjoy this high end, beautiful home.

Beautiful view on the ocean and city, perfect parking place and pretty quiet place! Its about 20 minutes to the city Los Gigantes.

If any availability for next future season we definitely will return to the place rented for us. Great experience and we would recommend.

Nice place to stay, nice and fast communication. Only the location is not very nice, as the property consists of equal-looking tourist houses in a block. Supermarkets nearby, 30 min to the airport. 10 min walk to the beach. All in all we had a great time though:)

We had a splendid time in Tenerife. Marina’s home was gorgeous, just like the pictures. Everything was modern and clean. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool. Marina was an amazing host ; extremely responsive to our queries about the area and recommendations for beaches, spa, and restaurants. She also gave us some flexibility with the checkout time which was very helpful! Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Carmen was really helpful and always reachable via phone. She even gave us nice tips for the area and restaurant recommendations. There are a lot of possibilities in this area, the ocean is in short walking distance, there are many restaurants and a supermarket. We would definately recommend this place.

You don't have to look any further, because you won't find better accommodation in Tenerife. The apartment is cosy, clean and contains everything you need. Maurice is friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back. Maurice! Thank you so much for making our holiday perfect!

The place is absolutely beautiful, the host Maria is very nice and nice. Everything corresponds as it should. We have been to this village for the second time, we loved it, it is quiet and it is more accessible by car about 10min, but you can't without it. The view from the terrace is fantastic,bathing just under the house and you can choose to dive into the waves of the Atlantic or use the protected pool. We had a great stay. Peter and Petra
