Christian is a very nice friendly host. Appartment is clean and quiet and spacious. you can walk to the beach. we didn't care so much for the city but we were able to visit around from there.

Noemi's place was absolutely amazing. The location is easy to find and Luca video instructions made it easy to find the apartment. As soon as you walk in there was a fresh and clean smell in the apartment, showing that the apartment was cleaned properly. The apartment is well equipped and there was toiletries supplied for our stay. And the BEST for last: The view is absolutely breathtaking, with a balcony looking over the sea where the sunrise can be seen. Many Thanks Noemi and Luca, will definitely br back 👍

The accommodation is good and has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days, the view is very nice. But the area is too noisy at night and crowded in the day

Very nice place to stay. Very good amenities on terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Sufficiently good towels, hangers, etc. Pictures correspond to reality. Very nice and fast communication with Teresa. Great view from the terrace and sun all day. Short way to the beach, just across the road. Shopping and restaurants right in front of the door. Lively surroundings. We will be happy to come back.

Highly recommendation for future guests, the house has the best sea view and the best sunrise view, very quiet place and close to many attractions in the south. And the host is very nice and friendly.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days. We felt comfortable and cozy at home. Very good location, 3 minutes to the beach and a large supermarket around the corner. I slept very well in this apartment. We also had breakfast on the balcony every morning and it was wonderful. The owner of the apartment, Carmen, was very friendly and responded very quickly to all our questions. We will definitely rent this apartment next year!

the apartment is really as described and is really super well-equipped (even with touches from the owner such as coffee, oranges,...) . The environment is super quiet. The jaccuzi is a very appreciable addition. All of this helped us have a great time on the island.

Perfect place for vacation, villa is well equipped. Beach, shopping mall, supermarket are in walkable distance , around 10 min . Place is quiet, not much noise . Villa was bigger than expected, so we were feeling super comfortable and enjoyed a lot. Yolanda was friendly and helpful.

We had a great time in this apartment! The place - a small fishing village - was beautiful, with all the amenities you need - a beautiful beach, the tranquil lagoon, authentic restaurants, a supermarket and even a massage parlor nearby:) The apartment is tastefully decorated, in pretty colors and natural materials; the apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. In addition, Alberto was very welcoming and caring. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, quality accommodation, close to nature and away from the tourist crowd. We had a very nice stay of 6 nights in early January 2025. The villa was as advertised, very clean and with that gorgeous view! In particular we enjoyed having a location with free parking, sea, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. It was a perfect escape from the English winter for some sun, 5 stars!

This is a must for some peace and Ocean time. Beautifully located.

The apartment was lovely. Laurie met us with the key and warm welcome and was nearby if we needed anything. She was so kind and helpful, even gave me a pair of crutches when I injured my leg while out walking.

The house and its location are really beautiful! Lovely to open the door every day and see and hear the sea! The adjacent restaurant is also recommended "walk to the neighbors" to grab a bite to eat. Susan is a super friendly host quick to respond and all the instructions are very clear. We'd love to come back!

Totally top! Beautiful views of the sea from the terrace, the living room and the bedroom. Spacious and clean, on 2 floors. Quiet location and walking distance from downtown. Just do it, totally fine.

Beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings. Hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. We arrived very late due to flight delay and Mateus thoughtfully had bought a pizza and beer as all the restaurants and shops were closed. Apartment is close to amenities and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Best apartment we've stayed in and we have been in El Cotillo about 7 times.

A beautiful & spotlessly clean place with very comfortable beds. Spectacular views. Would 100% recommend. We unfortunately experienced some noise from surrounding neighbours, but that was no fault to Leticia or accommodation. Overall a very comfortable stay & enjoyable. Location is steep so wouldn't be easy for anyone with mobility issues.
