Apartment vacation rentals in Corolla, Currituck County

Jessica's communication was awesome and she is a fantastic host overall. The apartment is very nice and the location is also great as longa s you don't mind walking-- about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Duck boardwalk. Lots of shops right nearby within a 5 minute walk too. The only caveat I'd say for the unit is it's not ideal for traveling with a toddler (which is no fault of the host nor really a negative in and of itself-- not every unit needs to be). The windows of the 2nd bedroom are south facing and we had a hard time getting it dark enough for nap time even with our own blackout curtains, and there are about 20 steps to walk up to the 2nd floor unit. The open floor plan is great, but also makes it a little hard to toddler proof. Again, not a negative, but just something to be aware for families traveling with young kids.

This is a fantastic unit for a couple (or best friends!) retreat. The location is perfect - directly across the street from beach entrance, walking distance to great coffee shops, local ice cream, surf shops, brewery, food, convenience stores, and more! I liked the house was at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic on the street. The host is very friendly and responsive with great directions. Check in/out was hassle free. I will definitely be coming back for a long weekend getaway!

Amy made sure to communicate regularly from the moment I booked. She made all instructions very clear and when I reached out with any questions she was quick to respond.

We loved staying at Nadia’s property! The space was exactly as advertised and felt super welcoming. We were a very short walk from the beach, close to local restaurants, and loved being able to bring our pup along for the trip. The unit is on the smaller side, but had all the amenities and space that we needed. Also, Nadia did an impeccable job at maximizing the space with available storage and the furniture arrangement. We will definitely keep this spot on our radar for future beach trips!

The place was exactly as pictured- but I didn't realize there was no common sitting area. However, our weather was beautiful and the outside sitting area under the deck comfortably served as that. Just be aware, if you like to watch movies, or sporting events together- it has to be from bed. That being said- the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped- and despite a person being upstairs, the upstairs noise was minimal. Easy walk to the sound and the ocean. We especially appreciated the umbrella, chairs and cart that were available for our use. We definitely enjoyed our long weekend at the beach! Thank you.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in OBX and Michaela’s beautiful home made our stay even better! The house is even more beautiful in person, super clean, and very convenient for our stay. The beach is only a 4min drive and she even recommended parking for the beach. The bay is at a walking distance, definitely loved walking there every morning after a nice cup of coffee. Michaela was an amazing host, she was wonderful with instructions and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Your home was beautiful very clean. We we’re staying in the area for a family reunion and finding this home worked out perfectly. I would actually stay again if and when we get a chance to come back to the area. We have stayed at many Airbnb over the years and your home was one of the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sam and Katy were wonderful hosts leaving nothing to be desired. Our stay was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the surroundings serene and beautiful. We rode our bikes around and saw a bit of wildlife. The pool was a dream, and so were the accommodations. We made use of the outdoor shower more than once! The large deck outside our door, furnished with cushiony furniture, overlooks the pool and the lovely backyard--a perfect spot for morning coffee. The king size bed and linens made for a very comfy night's sleep, and the full bathroom was equipped with plush bath towels. There were even pool towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and more for our use. There was wine in the wine fridge, coffee & Keurig, snacks and a sweet kitchenette for our use. This place is beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished, and amply appointed. We were a short drive from the beaches, fine dining and so many other attractions--the location is ideal. I highly recommend a stay here!

What a fabulous stay we had at this lovely “apt” inside the home of Mary and Larry. We made sure to use all spaces …all decking (sitting outside in the sun with my coffee and book was so joyful), laundry and the firepit on a beautiful starry evening. Both Mary and Larry made sure we had everything we needed….from arriving home to see the firepit all set up and ready to go, making sure the Blackstone grill was ready to rock and roll ( the grill made the best steak I’ve had in a very long time!), but ultimately Mary and Larry just wanted to make sure we had no wants or needs. The unit was so lovely! So comfortable! So organized! We appreciated all the suggestions and chats! Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place. Great host. Super clean. Fenced backyard was big plus for dogs. Close to everything. Will stay again when back in the area. Thank you Mark!

I loved my time here!! I got to meet the host, Yana, and she was so incredibly kind and was quick to offer any help. Check in was super convenient, apartment is very private, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but also only a 5 min walk to grocery stores like Publix and super close to many restaurants and activities. Beach access is great as well—within walking/biking distance! Apartment has all the amenities you need. This was my first solo overnight trip and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Despite only staying for one night, I had an amazing time and will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Had such a lovely stay here! The studio was so cute and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect and the backyard was so nice. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach unit! Hosts were very inviting and also respect our privacy. Perfect getaway spot with only a 10 min walk to the beach and central to all the attractions. It’s also nice to be in an Airbnb that actually has pots and pans, towels that aren’t hotel-white, and personal touches throughout.

We had the best stay at Jockey Ridge. Two adults, a 10yo and a dog. The space was beyond perfect, inside and out! The location was EXACTLY what we hoped for and more. The host was as fantastic as the property. Her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We forgot a couple things, and to our surprise, it was included. Sound machine, etc. even poop bags for the dog! And a chew bone waiting for him outside. She made our vacation seamless. Not to mention being able to walk out the door and hike the beautiful sand dunes. Our 10yo loved sand boarding on a boogie board that she provided. We tried all the restaurants she suggested, and more. They were all a hit. What a special place! We booked it from what we saw online, out of hundreds of other locations, and something drew us to this place. And in person, it was better than we could have ever imagined. We hope to do it again next year, and maybe a couple times in between, too! Thank you Jockey Ridge. You made memories forever!

This place was GREAT! Everything was amazing, from the games provided, to the towels provided, to the secluded sound location! There was a public pier a couple of steps away, which was the perfect spot to watch the sunset and connect with local individuals for some recommendations. On the street, there is an OBX winery. We stopped there and chatted with the owner and found out they were the only winery in the whole OBX, some of the BEST wines we’ve had. Everyone was so lovely. Will be back again!

Christina was a lovely and responsive host! She was really flexible with arrival and departure and everything was very clean and as pictured. I would stay here again :)

This little home was perfect! The neighborhood was very peaceful and private. Everything was so clean and tidy! We absolutely loved the hot tub. Danielle was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Pat and Chuck were nothing but excellent! They were great with communication, responding almost immediately every single time. The welcome to their place made you feel very comfortable. Everything was so tidy and clean, hosts were so thoughtful with leaving little items in the room for guests to use. We would absolutely love to stay at their place again!

The location was incredibly convenient, with great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the sauna and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable !

Loved this place! Gia was super kind and so helpful with everything, I unfortunately had left my wallet after check out time and she was super quick and amazing at helping us get back inside. It was super clean and we had no problems, so many great restaurants around and such a nice easy ride to the beach. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend booking with Gia in the future and I hope i get the opportunity to do it again!
