Our stay at the Flat Top exceeded our expectations. Unassuming from the outside, you are transported when you walk in to a place that feels like home. From the extremely clean and inviting indoors to the spacious outdoor fenced-in area and the lively screened in porch, this is at the top of our list as one of our favorite stays. Not to mention, how close it was to the beach. We woke up daily to see the sunrise. We cooked in the kitchen and had all the amenities and accouterments needed. This place is perfect for pets and our dogs enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Dustin has been very responsive throughout and even let us know right away after we checked out that we'd forgotten something behind. Great attention to detail in the place and so many little nice touches to make you feel like home. Throughly enjoyed our time and would absolutely come back again.

We had a great stay. Home was very clean and in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Also included plenty if towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach activities which was super nice. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect dog friendly place we were looking for. The enclosed deck and yard allowed to let the dogs out and run around the place without issue. The house itself is pretty close drive wise to everything. Plenty of space as well. Would definitely come back here again especially if we brought our dogs.

Great hosts, easy check in, comfortable and private apt with some dedicated outdoor space. So much to explore from here, different beaches and towns. We had a great stay and our dog liked it too!

Nikki’s beach house was perfect! She was an extremely responsive, communicative & kind host! The house was exactly as pictured and was the right fit for our family of 5! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the sunroom was lovely, and there were games, books & toys for the kids which was a huge plus, along with the pack and play and high chair! The beach chairs, toys and bikes were also amazing!! We look forward to staying there again!

Loved our stay at this very comfortable house. They provided spices, olive oil, soaps, shampoos, 2 trash bags, a few dish pods, dish soap, coffee pods. Also had bowls for the dogs. Super close to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. Hot tub of course was amazing. There is a hose for showering off the dogs. Very dog friendly area. We would love to come back.

Nella’s place was great ! It was so convenient to have the yard for our 3 dogs ! She was very helpful and responsive . The house was so clean ! She provided so much ! Sink was outside by the grill and that was nice! The location was the best part! Made it convenient to visit most of the outerbanks and the island itself ! We decided to stay an xtra night and Nella was easy to work with to make that happen! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Amy was so accommodating and flexible. She really thought of everything when stocking her house for guests. We needed a couple of things during our stay and she provided immediately. The house is unbelievably cozy and clean. Dog water bowls, towels, and toys were available, too! We can't wait to stay again!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

Our stay was great! The house has a really nice shower in the master bedroom and everything you would need in the kitchen. The house is also located on a quiet street with great places to take nice relaxing walks on the bayside and a free public beach on the oceanside.

Amazing Airbnb vacation home, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, short walk to the beach or to the sound. Good central location close to restaurants and activities within walking distance. Lots of amenities newly updated well taken care of,beautiful pool. Wonderful host ,very responsive absolutely would recommend to family and friends 👍🏻 Almost forgot, the beds mattresses are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE 👏👏 Best night of sleep 💤 High Quality Linens . Loved our recent stay at this beach house! The location is great, very close to the beach but felt private and secluded (on a quiet street). We drove to the beach with all our stuff, but could have also walked. No issues with finding parking at the beach, although we were here off-season in September. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after a day at the beach (both inside and on the large deck). We grilled, had pizza delivered and drove a short distance to Duck for dinner a few nights. Had one rainy day where we enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch listening to music and playing games. Would recommend Laurie's place to anyone who enjoys charming beach houses (no bland, new build here): full of fun decorations, a spiral staircase and lots of charming personality!

We always love our visits to Duck and our visit to Maureen's made our latest just as memorable. The beds were super comfortable and the house is located in the middle of the town.

5 stars isn’t enough to give . The inside of the home was beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed to cook. The house is close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Our stay was perfect. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We highly recommend it for other travelers. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A hidden gem! Very comfortable couch and bed, well equipped kitchenette, and perfect location! Earl was a very responsive host, we are definitely going to keep this place in our favorites list for future trips to the OBX!

Lydia’s house is beautiful and has a great layout for a large family! In our family - we all love having our own bathrooms! There are plenty!! The house is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need …. And more! She definitely goes above and beyond for her guests!! The pool table was a big hit too!! Thanks Lydia!

Anne was very communicative, they have a great place on the sound side. Had all the amenities listed. We all enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend for families with young ones, plenty of rooms and beds for all our little ones, and a few toys and things to do for the youngsters!

It was the ideal retreat for our two families, with six children ranging in age from 3 to 13. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. There was ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was fantastic—just under five minutes’ drive to the beach and local shops, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. It felt wonderfully private and serene. Cindy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were genuinely disappointed not to have booked for longer and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Very nice beach house with everything we needed for our stay. Great hot tub, friendly neighbors, fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Easy walk to the beach!

House was exactly as host described it. Traveling with grown children and 2 small dogs, this place was just what we needed. Plenty of space for 5 adults and plenty of outdoor space that the dogs took full advantage of.
