loved this condo ! everything was just perfect!!!

Had a great stay! Worked perfect for 3 women. The space was phenomenal for when you wanted time to yourself! Very spacious, comfortable, felt safe, location was super close to everywhere we needed to be. Quiet place and very peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

Sandra provided alot ofvinformation prior to our trip(restaurants, taxi service etc). from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the beautiful location, the friendly and helpful building staff, and the condo itself which was just as described. any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. even a small plumbing issue that arose was handled and fixed immediately. we would love to rent again!

This was the perfect spot for seeing friends who had a boat at GBYC. The condo is close to cool local beaches and restaurants. Quiet for a condo. Nice little pool. Amazing patio with view of the bay. Erica was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC unit (it needed a part replaced) and it was fixed the same day. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond by kindly picking us up from the airport, which made our arrival so much easier. They were incredibly responsive, promptly answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their accommodating nature truly made us feel at home. The attention to detail and care they showed throughout our stay made this experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Practically on a beautiful white sandy beach. Everyone’s very friendly and nice. Only thing I would say is that the curtains don’t block out light so it’s very bright in the mornings. Other than that very nice.

my experience at this villa was priceless.,..the pictures does give it justice,.. from the ambiance to the size and space and perfect location along with a very responsive and friendly host made this stay unforgettable.

Million dollar view!! Spectacular ocean view with amazing sunsets! Watch the ships, sailboats and fishing boats pass by from the patio. The condo unit was very spacious, with a large patio just steps from the water. You cannot walk out directly onto a beach as it is a rock seawall in front of the condo. But there is a nice little cove with beach right next to the condo complex which is about a 1-2 minute walk. The unit is a little dated, but quite adequate for our 9 day stay. The bedrooms were spacious with en suite in both. The condo complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The other guests in the complex the we met were mostly snowbirds who were staying for an extended time. They mostly knew each other, helped take care of the complex grounds and very friendly. They even gather everyone together for happy hour on Thursday. Jeannie our host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. She provided a lot of information and recomendations. We really enjoyed our stay

Brock was excellent in communication helping us get in his place. It’s a little bit confusing on how to get to his front door and how to open it. Make sure you keep your email instructions handy because in the app it’s not there. Also, the house smells a little bit musky or mildew I think just from being in high heat. Fortunately, the smell goes away after your in there a few minutes. The location you could walk to town but it was a mile or so so be prepared to walk or get a car if you want to get around.

Amazing place!! Best deal in town. Everything is brand new. Nice big dock visible from living room and bedroom. Gorgeous sunsets on the beach. Great fishing and diving nearby. Host Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything works. Truly a gem. Thank you for letting us stay.

John's studio was cozy and updated and was located in a wonderful spot! The complex was beautiful and fully equipped for relaxing, including a beautiful pool, stunning foliage and a private beach. The on-site outdoor bar/ restaurant served the greatest food and the staff was super friendly. John was so engaged & helpful from booking to settling in on the first day. A+ rating!

Abby's place was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and felt like home away from home. The condo and beach were beautiful and everything was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Had a great time. Have stayed in different units in Riviera Towers and Coral Beach Condominiums before but can say this unit is by far the best. Corner location with great views of the water and beach. Has evrything you need...beach chairs, snorkel equip, kitchen gadgets...all things to make your stay enjoyable. Will be back. This is our third day with Arjet, everything was great and we would definitely stay again. Beds super comfy and air-conditioning works great, great view of the bay!

Thank you April and Oscar!! I just returned from a nice and relaxing solo stay. Everything was great with the condo - 100% as advertised! Communication was FANTASTIC. I had lots of questions all of which were answered quickly and thoroughly. If April and Oscar didn't know the answer, they found out and got right back to me. The beach is a beautiful place to walk and relax; although, snagging a shade umbrella could be a bit competitive - LOL! The staff, other guests and owners were very friendly. The restaurant was convenient with a great view - perfect for drink and a bite to eat (food was just OK - IMO). I took advantage of the beach cruiser bike and went to Solomon's for groceries (15 min), as well as westward to Beachway Dr. where I got amazing conch salads from Cat's Conch Salad (with a spicy kick) and Michelle's Kitchen. I also hired Queenie (taxi) to take me to Lucayan Nat'l park - very cool walk and what a gorgeous beach!

Marissa and Gabriella are very quick responses and informative to our booking. We have enjoyed our 2 weeks vacation at their spacious and beautiful villa. It is very clean with elegant decoration and has plenty of windows for natural sunlight. When we are not at the beautiful and quiet beach, we would camp out on the large balcony with a spectacular view and cool ocean breeze. The ready-to-use outdoor grill is great to grill fresh fish from the local fish market. The kitchen is as advertised with plenty of amenities to make meals. We have already booked another 2 weeks for next year! Thanks for sharing your wonderful villa.

Very great location. Loved the private beach and all the neighbors in the complex were nice and friendly. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are even more so. Not super walkable so you’d definitely need a car. But the advantage is that it’s very quiet and peaceful around the home. A beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day life.

I’ve just returned from a 4 week stay. I LOVED my time there. Coral Beach is a bit dated, but that for me is its charm. The studio was as described and everything worked. There was everything I needed, from kitchen equipment to towels (including pool/beach towels), bed sheets, great storage, lots of hangers, room for clothes etc. The bed was a bit squeaky, but also comfortable for me. The studio faces east, so you can watch the sun rise from the bed or balcony! The parking space was useful. I didn’t realise before going that there is also pickleball, library/games room with ping pong table, clothes shop, hairdressers/beauty salon on site. The restaurant too was excellent. Erin was very quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated a late check out. I hope to be back.
