European furniture and new kitchen New electronic devices Quiet surrounding; perfect location for romantic holidays Port Lucaya Marketplace is a 5 min. boat transfer away (Ferry from Flamingo Hotel) Enjoy Watersport with UNEXCO Botanical activities in Garden of Graves Taino Beach and Taino Beach Hotel only 2 minutes by foot. Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

This Grand Bahama Vacation Rental Home was recently renovated. All photos are from March 2022. We are located on the water, with no bridges and only a couple hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Haven is stylishly decorated with a West Indies Contemporary Vibe making it a warm cozy place to read, relax or sunbathe. She has a simple charm for both the beach goers and the sport fishermen. Pull your boat up to the dock or simply throw your bait in the water right out back at the landing.

Beachfront 3 bdrm 3 bath Condo with amazing views

Our beautiful ocean front, fully furnished 3 bed/3 bath condo is on a very quiet, private small condo property only steps from the pool/beach/ocean and minutes from groceries. Great WiFi, downstairs cable TV & new AC upstairs and downstairs. The next door Resort has amenities, a bar and restaurant for our guests that make for a relaxing vacation in paradise. We do not have a dock but the resort next door does and you may rent from them. A rental car is needed to get around the island.

Our place is right on the beach, the very best location in a small community of exclusive villas spaced out in sub-tropical gardens. The property is very well-appointed with everything you need, situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Freeport/Lucaya with anabundance of shops, restaurants and many attractions. Golf courses, scuba diving, nature reserves, swimming with dolphins, cycling & jeep tours etc., are all located within 20 minutes drive.
