Monthly Rentals in Coosawattee River

Maria was a great host. I booked this reservation lats minute to attend a conference. There is reserved parking, easy check-in and only about 10 minutes from a Walmart. The place had all necessary items and was great for the stay.

It was our 1st stay and we loved it! Great location because it’s in the woods yet close to a small downtown area with local independent restaurants. We had planned to go hiking, but it was so cold outside yet cozy and warm in the cottage so we stayed in, played cards and read books She has some great books you can borrow if needed. It was wonderfully peaceful! The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were soft and the towels were thick and soft making it feel like a luxury hotel with the amenities yet it was small and cozy. Will definitely be back. We’ve already decided to invite some friends and go back again the end of December. It has a wonderful outside seating area with a small fire pit. Hope to take advantage of that feature when it gets warmer out. We really enjoyed ourselves, thank you so much, Kimy!

Nice quiet place for a couple to stay and close to very interesting places to visit

Host is responsive and the location as as pretty as it is pictured. Seems new, well taken care of by others, and great for a short stay or longer since has kitchen. - be prepared to drive up a single-lane gravel drive in the woods. motion sensor lights helpful as you near the drive, but if you are not comfortable driving in the woods in the dark be sure to arrive in the daytime. We would like to return when we can afford the get-away.
