Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Coningsby

This was our third visit to the annexe and would love to return next year. Beautiful home from home and perfect january get away. Very comfortable and peaceful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We stayed for a long weekend with friends and children and found the house to cover all our requirements. All the bedrooms were very spacious. We had a slight issue with the WiFi but was quickly sorted out with a prompt response from Chris. The location of the house is also great for visiting the castle and beautiful cathedral and surrounding areas. Many thanks.

A beautiful place to stay, which made all our family and furry friends feel at home. Being a 10 minute drive from Skegness was perfect. Elizabeth was very responsive when we needed to ask questions.

Samantha’s place was an absolute gem! Nestled in a charming village, The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the hot tub, which provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the area. Samantha was a fantastic host friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return someday. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place. Welcome pack of breakfast things and milk and tea / coffee etc was particularly useful when arriving on New Year’s Day! We loved it, kids loved it. Warm and cosy. Would visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Treetops. Easy to locate, just followed the instructions and looked at the location on the map, rather than relying on the postcode. Communication with Margaret was excellent and was there to welcome us and showed us up to the flat to explain a few things. Flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need e.g tea/coffee, salt and pepper etc also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The gardens are gorgeous, me and my 4 year old loved exploring them. Although basically on the A17, we weren’t disturbed by any traffic noise. Close by to the village of Heckington, we visited the windmill And had lovely fish and chips from Ruby’s Plaice. We also visited Sleaford as there was a great park there. We had some pizza from The Little Italy Co in Sleaford, it was amazing. All in all a great little base if you’re wanting to travel around Lincolnshire 👍🏼

We had a lovely stay, the property is totally charming and homely and our hosts made a special effort to make sure the property was warm and welcoming with a lovely Christmas tree and sparkly decorations! Communication was fantastic, we really enjoyed our time spent there.

We stayed at The Curate's Quarters over Christmas and had such a lovely time. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and very cosy - arriving after dark to find a lit Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise and instantly made us feel at home. The location is outstanding - a few minutes' walk to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants whilst being so peaceful and secluded at the same time - such a rare combination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break we will never forget!

Very nice 2 bed property close to all attractions, shops, places to eat and bars etc We found it easy to find and get into property. Added bonus of 2 parking spaces. The old b & b in front is a bit untidy looking as is the area behind but the apartment is very modern with everything you need and although small it was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Only thing I would change is a more comfortable sofa as that is only seating and it was a bit hard. Also a sensor light at the side down drive as it was a bit uneven under foot in the dark. Overall a nice place to stay and I would definitely book again.

Perfect for a small family or a couple seeking accommodation in the area. All needs are catered for, clean, furnished, lovely owners and full of information on local businesses, food or places of interest We will be staying again when we are back in the area - thank you

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.

Great place to stay. Deborah was responsive, friendly and helpful. The space is as described with all the home comforts, a lovely kitchen and everything you could need in a studio. I stayed with a baby and toddler which probably wouldn't be the expected set up but was a great stop gap before we move overseas. It would also be a great place if visiting friends or family nearby but want your own space.

The accommodation was very clean and well heated, which was great for their arrival in the rain. It was for my disabled mother, so there were a few obstacles, but manageable. The flat has been decorated very nicely and was extremely comfortable. It isn’t advertised as a disabled accommodation, so there were things that we needed to overcome. However, my mum and aunt had a lovely stay and were close to us in ground floor accommodation, which was lovely over the Christmas period.
