Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Condado, Santurce

I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. The location is great and it had everything they could possibly need close by. Would definitely recommend as a short term rental and will book again when possible. Thank you!!! Cheers!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The space was completely private, which made it feel like our own little retreat. Everything was spotless — super clean and clearly very well maintained. The design was modern and stylish, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

Home is exactly as advertised, in a very quiet and safe gated community. Perfect for our family vacation! We rented a car to visit the El Junque rainforest, did a bioluminescence kayak, a Jet Snorkel in San Juan, and walked Old San Juan. Kids played in the pool or walked to the basketball court in the community. As a visitor, you will need to announce yourself to two sets of security gates each time into the complex but this adds to the safety. We quickly got the hang of it and planned our day trips to include all stops/meals before returning. Everything else was easily laid out in the PDF provided by Christie in-advance and there are signs all over the home with things to keep in mind (i.e. don't use the coffee pot and toaster at the same time).

Second time staying at this location, definitely recommend it. Feels like home away from home, clean pool. About 25 mins from Old San Juan. Nelida is sweet and makes sure you have landed and made it safe. As I said before if I ever come back to PR this is my go to location!

Nicole was very responsive, also super helpful and understanding. Due to inclement weather conditions she accommodated us by moving our days for us. Overall was a good stay, she replies quick & even gave good recommendations on good food places to eat! The neighborhood is was safe environment, and overall not too far from some pretty good beaches and other places (Walmart) etc.

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

We had a great time at Dolores's place - very comfortable beds, clean house, and amazing (and very warm!) pool. Already looking forward to our next trip to San Juan.

We had such a nice peaceful week. The house was so nice, great a/c, plush towels, good water pressure, comfortable beds and sofa. Peace of mind knowing there’s back up electricity by solar & batteries. Loved the deck used it in the early mornings to do my exercise. Washer & dryer is a great bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with even an ice maker. When Kelvin came to help with our flat tire other neighbors joined in to help too. Very quiet neighborhood!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Gretchen was very helpful and flexible. Always responsive and very friendly. The terrace is so pleasant you could spend your time outside. 6 minutes from then beach by walk, Walgreens around the corner, many option of restaurant and bars in the area. Very convenient location. Recommended!

Lorena’s place was outstanding! Exactly like the pictures and just as described. Gated community made us very comfortable. Lorena was extremely accommodating to our requests and always responded quickly. There was ample amounts of space in the living room and dining area for all 5 ladies. Not far from the activities we wanted to do. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

We have stayed in these apartments many times. It always works out great for us. Walking to the beach and some really good restaurants, very convenient. Quiet at night for sleeping, we like the upstairs space as well. Well equiped with all you need for cooking, it is nice to have the coffee available as well. Bed is a comfortable memory foam. We will stay again, definitely recommend! Thank you

Bren and Toby were the nicest and friendliest hosts! Their space was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s a little small, but the backyard space made up for that. Very beautiful, and a nice place to unwind. Location was safe and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We even had beach gear available for use from our wonderful host. Bren and Toby gave us tons of recommendations on things to do close to our BNB and farther out with a quick uber ride. All recommendations were superb! Highly recommend their bnb for a visit to Puerto Rico, especially if it’s your first time.

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

Yachira was very responsive and quick to solve any problems! Not that there were any major problems to solve! My friends and I enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this space to people traveling with a big group!

My husband and my mother rented this wonderful place while we were in town for a week for a wedding. It was great! I work remotely, and the wifi was awesome. It's also very walkable and a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Eileen was always super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

This was a great place to stay with many great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The water was beautiful, the beach is just steps away from the rear of the condo. The building is currently under construction but we never heard any noise being located so high within the building. Great place to stay, a perfect central point between the Airport and Old San Juan for sightseeing.

This condo was just right for our birthday celebration getaway!! It was clean, in a great location, and we always felt safe. All we needed was there (including beach chairs and a coffee maker :) ) or across the street at the Farmacia. There's also a grocery store within walking distance. Folks could walk down to the beach whenever they wanted. Also, we had fun times watching the happenings in the nearby intersection! Christine responded quickly to our inquiries. Thanks again for a lovely Island Holiday!! We'd definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

Booked last minute to meet family for Spring Break! Paul was very responsive, provided recommendations and the place was really nice and looked just like the photos. Would def book again!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.
