Maria was a great communicator. We had a few minor problems and she reacted quickly and solved the issues.

The location is great for those that want to be near San Juan and general Metropolitan area. We went for a destination wedding planning trip to meet with vendors and this location was convenient due to the proximity to many of our appointments. Most travels were 10-20 minutes away.

This is the second time I stayed in this AirBNB with my family. I felt very safe staying in this house. It was very comfortable. Christie was helpful and communicative. The house is exactly what was portrayed in the pictures. It was so clean when we entered. Everything worked well. I will definitely come back when I come to Puerto Rico. I enjoyed my stay.

Ours was not a vacation stay. We are a local family that needed a place to stay while waiting to move to a new home. We spent a month and a half a JB's place. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace/porch and the bbq. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. JB was a great host. He was always available to answer our calls promptly. He even checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. JB's place is a great option for a big family, local or tourist. Visitors will find a good and charming place to stay at JB his place. We certainly recommend this house.

The house is beautiful, though not located in the best area. Lots of street construction around the house. Neighbors were a bit noisy which was disturbing to those who slept in the front facing rooms. Dolores was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of cooking and during our stay. She went above and beyond with her responsiveness and ensuring we were comfortable. The pool is wonderful! The house is comfortable and roomy.

Really loved this house. We could have lived on the patio alone. It was a super comfortable space and really central to Guaynabo, where we were exploring a move. Kelvin was amazing.

Renier’s place was perfect! Great location just minutes from the airport, easy to travel to other parts of the island, quiet neighborhood, and extremely friendly and helpful host. I really liked the outdoor balcony and home amenities. I thought the planes taking off might be an issue, but I wasn’t woken up once by them. I felt right at home. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning on my next trip. ¡El lugar de Renier era perfecto! Marisa was a great host! The place was very clean, the ac was working perfectly, and all the amenities that she described were in the house. She also recommended local spots to eat/drink and sightsee. This is my second time staying at her place, I would definitely recommend her place, especially if you want to hang out at the beach, she provides beach chairs/coolers which comes in clutch.

Bren and Toby are truly outstanding hosts, easily the best I’ve ever had on Airbnb! Staying at their place felt like visiting old friends. They were incredibly welcoming, providing us with fantastic tips and recommendations on dining, sightseeing, and activities, all while being perfectly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The property itself was a dream, exactly as pictured. It’s located in a peaceful area, just minutes from excellent dining options, with a bus stop right outside the gate. Plus, a beautiful beach is only a short walk away, and Bren and Toby thoughtfully provided plenty of beach essentials! We loved spending time in the gorgeous private patio, grilling out, and relaxing in the hammock. Every detail about our stay was just perfect! Our experience with Bren and Toby exceeded all expectations, and if you are looking for a stay in San Juan, look no more! Highly recommend! We’re already looking forward to returning!

I wanted to skip the hotels and tourist areas, and found this great bnb with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. I felt right at home. There was an issue with the blender and Ramona responded quickly in replacing is so I can make my fruit juices. Supermarkets are near by with several options to choose from. Place is secured and area is safe. Would definitely book here again.

We arrived on New Year’s Eve to a total country-wide blackout! Of course we were worried that we might not be able to get into the Air b and B and it would be tough to get a hotel room. But all is well! Perfect generator, easy access with code, everything worked, AC, etc.I was so relieved ! The place feels brand new and checks all the boxes for what should be in an Air B and B. Just minutes from the airport, dead end street, communicative hosts even though I was only there one night. We will definitely be back, convenient, clean, modern,quiet , short walk to restaurants and beach! Bravo

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for what we needed and was a super close walk to restaurants and the beach. Quick uber ride to old San Juan as well. Would recommend!

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

Eileen’s place was very clean and we loved having a spot for our car. She was very responsive whenever I asked a question.

Eddie was a great host! Very responsive and super helpful. The place itself was beautiful and clean, as advertised. The only downside at all is that the area itself is a bit noisy. The place is in an industrial area and sits above a store, so there is some noise from traffic/trucks and the comings and goings of people. Overall, a great place to stay and a fantastic host!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and I loved it! I traveled solo and felt completely safe in the neighborhood. There’s a Planet Fitness and 24 hr grocery store about 12 mins away walking and I went there every day. I was there during Tropical Storm Ernesto and even though it wasn’t bad in the area, the host made sure to check on me and give recommendations in case the power went out (it didn’t.) Even though I was here for 2 weeks, I didn’t rent a car. Ubers are very affordable so there was no need. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Luis-Jose!

The view from this Airbnb is beyond beautiful! Check in was super easy and we appreciated the parking space that was included, although it is walkable to bars, restaurants, and less than a 10 minute walk to the supermarket. I loved the shower that had plenty of hot water, and everything we needed for the beach was provided. The private beach access is super convenient and the pool is also very nice. Overall would stay again!

We had a great time. the place was nice and had everything we needed. we loved the view! The beach infront was rocky to get it, but easier just up the road. we had a car and everything we needed food/grocery/casino/bars was with a few minute drive. what really stood out was how detailed and helpful the host was directions to get in and recommendations about the area. she sent us video and picture instructions for every step of the way.

one of the better experiences I have had with air bnb. Tania was very responsive and even offered many local recommendations. the unit was very clean and well stocked with towels, rags, sunblock, etc. the building and area also felt very safe. the location is close to many of the premiere resort hotels which made it easy to explore and also catch pick ups for excursions.

Location is incredible! Ocean view with a short walk to the beach, convenience stores, restaurants and more. My husband and I stayed for a week and loved it. Having beach towels, chairs and cooler was super helpful.

Beautiful place, very convenient location

We highly recommend Eric’s place! It exceeded our expectations. It was a great location right on the beach. It was safe, had onsite parking, magnificent views of the city & the ocean. It was walkable to several stores, restaurants and even a casino! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and so happy we chose this place. We can’t wait until our next visit!! My daughter is already asking when we can go back.

The condo was spotless! The view was incredible. You can see the beach and listen to the waves crash all day and night. The location was perfect. You can walk to near by restaurants. The people of Puerto Rico were so friendly! We will definitely be back!!

This place was such a nice stay and Vivian was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. The photos of the manatees from the balcony were not exaggerated—we could watch the manatees and sea turtles from the balcony all day! Great walkable location, the room was super clean, and the AC worked wonderfully which was important.
