Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Condado, Santurce

I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. The location is great and it had everything they could possibly need close by. Would definitely recommend as a short term rental and will book again when possible. Thank you!!! Cheers!

Francheska home was very beautiful, clean, and accommodating comfortably fitting my entire party of 8. This home is exactly as described. Response time were quick and helpful. Only concern I had was thr drive way was so small barely fitting the SUV we rented.

This house was amazing, gated community which made our group feel so safe. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing. The small pool is not a jacuzzi though, but nice. Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. bathrooms clean, the kitchen is a absolute dream !!! Lots of room. I would definitely stay again

Nicole was very responsive, also super helpful and understanding. Due to inclement weather conditions she accommodated us by moving our days for us. Overall was a good stay, she replies quick & even gave good recommendations on good food places to eat! The neighborhood is was safe environment, and overall not too far from some pretty good beaches and other places (Walmart) etc.

First time in Puerto Rico and will come back to Marisols home when we return! Had 7 adults and had more than enough space. Spent every morning in the pool and one day spent all day there. Best air bnb I’ve stayed at by far

Ours was not a vacation stay. We are a local family that needed a place to stay while waiting to move to a new home. We spent a month and a half a JB's place. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace/porch and the bbq. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. JB was a great host. He was always available to answer our calls promptly. He even checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. JB's place is a great option for a big family, local or tourist. Visitors will find a good and charming place to stay at JB his place. We certainly recommend this house.

We only spent one night here, but the place was very clean, quiet and the rooftop sitting area was an added bonus. We also loved the unique, matching kitchen appliances.

Bren and Toby are truly wonderful hosts! They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. Their place is amazing. We loved staying out on the patio and all the amenities of the apartment. The basket with all the beach supplies and chairs was a great plus. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach from their apartment. And the neighborhood is gorgeous. Many great restaurants and bars are just 5 minutes away. We had the best time and highly recommend staying with Bren and Toby!

I wanted to skip the hotels and tourist areas, and found this great bnb with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. I felt right at home. There was an issue with the blender and Ramona responded quickly in replacing is so I can make my fruit juices. Supermarkets are near by with several options to choose from. Place is secured and area is safe. Would definitely book here again.

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach, and not too small. There are beach items to use as well as some coffee. Very easy check in. Good choice!

My friends and I had a great time at Saul’s place! Not only was the apartment exactly as described, but Saul also gave extremely detailed instructions and thought of everything we could need! He was very responsive to questions and gave good recommendations as well. The rooftop was also the perfect hang out spot! The area was super fun and had so many things to do. We enjoyed paddle boarding on the lagoon, going to the beach, and experiencing all the food nearby! Overall, it was a fantastic trip and stay at Saul’s!

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

Our group had a five-star experience at Eileen’s place. I think the space seems bigger in person than it does online. It’s close to the beach & lots of great restaurants. Her place has a small driveway so you don’t have to spend time looking for a parking spot on the street. The A/C works well, the internet is reliable, and the outdoor area is private & relaxing. Also, it was so nice to having beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

Eddie was a great host! Very responsive and super helpful. The place itself was beautiful and clean, as advertised. The only downside at all is that the area itself is a bit noisy. The place is in an industrial area and sits above a store, so there is some noise from traffic/trucks and the comings and goings of people. Overall, a great place to stay and a fantastic host!

Excellent hosts and location. The apartment is centrally located in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan, with close proximity to SuperMax (2 blocks away), the local supermarket. The condo has lovely views of the beach and pool. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a washer dryer. Great spot to stay.

We enjoyed a fantastic weeks stay at Ami's place over the New Uear. The location served as a perfect base for us to explore Puerto Rico's many activities from the restaurants in Old San Juan to the beaches off Loquillo. The area is completely safe and is always vibrant no matter what time of day or night. The airport is a 7 minute drive away via Uber there's also Walgreens directly across the street as well as many other fast food restaurants and gas stations. Definitely try Yamikp Sushi across the street. On all you won't be disappointed at all.

We would definitely stay here again. We could walk right out the door and be on the beach. Hosts provided all of the needed amenities. Beach chairs that had little pockets to store belongings and a cooler pocket for beverages, fresh smelling towels, sun block and all of the little touches made this a fantastic place to stay. Check in and out was clear with video instructions and great communication. We stayed for a week and never left Carolina, because we fully enjoyed each day with what there was around the area.

Don’t think twice about booking Tania’s place! It was my husband and I’s first time in PR and it was amazing! So much to do and such a beautiful island! Tania’s place was more than we could ask for! The location is great! I do recommend getting a car to get around and make the most out of your trip. Parking is included in the stay so you don’t have to worry about parking. Tania was very accommodating with checking in and out. I was very thankful for that. The place was clean and beautiful. She includes beach chair , towels, and cooler which saved us some money and made it easy for us to have a relaxing day at the beach. I cannot wait to come back to PR and stay here again!

Host always got right back to me. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. Location was ok. I do feel like there is more to do the furthur down you go so we did do a lot of walking. Make sure you pay attention to the email that is sent regarding things to do upon checkout. You have to take the garbage out and lock all windows and unplug appliances (not sure why it's put on the guest for garbage since apartment gets cleaned afterwards but no big deal) Also, it was nice that hosts provided towels, beach towels, paper towel and toilet paper.

Eric was very responsive and even provided us with trip info to do during our visit. The pool(s) are not heated and are fine during the day with the 80-85 degree weather. The location is perfect and right on the beach and also has Starbucks & a 24 hour pharmacy/grocery nearby. The apt. is spacious with 3 bedrooms and has great air-conditioners throughout. You will likely need to set the temperature higher as it can get cold quite fast. It also has sand toys and we left our kite, toys and pool floats for others to enjoy. I must mention that we lost power for several hours one day, but that affected the entire area and not Eric's fault. Overall, we really enjoyed Eric's place and appreciated his prompt responses and information that he provided to us. You will not go wrong in booking Eric's place and we look forward to returning! Quick tip: use Uber during your entire stay (not worth the inflated rental car prices) and use "Condominio Coral Beach" as the pickup location.

Javier was a great host and has a great property. He was straight forward with what was expected, what the property was like, and how to best enjoy it. If we go back to Puerto Rico, I hope Javier’s place is available again. It was a great home base for us to hike in El Yunque and enjoy many nearby beaches. It was close enough to San Juan to enjoy that city too.
