Vacation rentals with lake access in Condado, Santurce

This place is amazing if you are looking to escape from city life for a while. You are literally in the middle of the tropical rainforest in the mountains, and the view from the outside deck is indescribably beautiful. Laura The host met us outside as we arrived. She was super gracious and accommodating. It was pouring rain when we arrived and she gave us an umbrella & then she gave us a recommendation for a place to go for dinner if we were hungry. This place is well worth the money purely for the view. It is a separate cottage down the hill behind the main house, with its own little driveway, which is a little muddy and bumpy so definitely recommend an SUV of some sort if you plan on staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful property. The pictures and description doesn’t even describe how amazing the property is. We will definitely be back. The view and outdoor area is overlooking the rainforest with fruit trees and flowers! The first evening we saw a double rainbow.

We stayed four weeks and couldn’t have picked a better house. Comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed, even bug spray and sunblock. We loved the area, it’s a middle class working neighborhood with tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. The host was very attentive and responsive, told us about the wonderful regional festival going on right by the house. We visited some of the more well known beaches like Escambron, but the beaches right by the house were amazing and super convenient too (Punta Salinas [park to the right as soon as able to and walk along to the right to the most magical spot reminiscent to Blue Lagoon], Isla De Cabras [otw, stop by the funky two-story house and have a pina colada with Lee]). We enjoyed the outside a lot, swam laps in the pool and fished (poles and equipment provided at the house). Recommend visiting Charco Azul and sampling the amazing pork along Ruta del Lechon. Highly recommend.

Nice and private home. Clean and free of clutter. Nice space for pictures with beautiful flower backdrops. Very attentive . Overall I loved the mattress was so comfy. Pool very nice and fun . My kids loved it. Thank you for everything I will definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Nadia's place. It was a very convenient location and we had no issues with parking availability within the property. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and the AC was awesome! I would recommend staying at Nadia's for anyone visiting in San Juan.

Clean, great location and view, waking distance to several beaches

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

Perfect Beachside Getaway in Cataño! Our stay at this beautiful two-bedroom rental was absolutely fantastic! The space was modern, spotless, and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was unbeatable—just a short commute to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and shopping centers. One of the highlights was enjoying a glass of wine and a charcuterie board on the back patio while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect way to unwind and soak in the beauty of Cataño. A huge thank you to our amazing host Nestor for his exceptional hospitality! He accommodated our early check-in, provided extra towels for the beach, and was always available whenever we needed anything. His thoughtfulness made our stay even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-located stay, this is it! We can’t wait to return.

A great location and Maricruz was extremely fast responding to any questions. We'd recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location for walking around Condado and it's an inexpensive Uber to Old Town as well. An added bonus is that there is a great beach basically across the street.
