Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Condado, Santurce

We had a great time at this house. In a gated community which was a plus. There is plenty of common area space, lots of extra kitchen supplies to include seasonings and oils for food. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio area each day. One thing I would like to note is the master bathroom has a king bed and the second bedroom seems to be a double, Not a queen. The room the two beds does have two double beds. This was not a problem for us though. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the opportunity to have late check out since our flight was later in the afternoon. Thank you!

One of the best Airbnb experiences!!! We had a big group stay here and we all loved this place, Fernando was amazing and responsive and great communication! Neighborhood was awesome and beach was terrific! Lots of food options around and restaurants that we loved and the recommendations they told us were right on! Thank you for having us stay in this wonderful Airbnb, definitely would love to come back to this spot! 🙌🏽😁

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

This is the second time I stayed in this AirBNB with my family. I felt very safe staying in this house. It was very comfortable. Christie was helpful and communicative. The house is exactly what was portrayed in the pictures. It was so clean when we entered. Everything worked well. I will definitely come back when I come to Puerto Rico. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything you needed was there and close walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Air conditioners works very well in the bedrooms. Loved sitting on the front patio area. The beach that is walking distance is so pretty. Highly recommend staying in Santurce and at Enrique’s casita.

Maria and Nelson are the best ! I have rented this house 3 times and never have regretted it. I feel so good when I am there wish I could stay there forever !!! Don't think about it go for it! even telling you makes me jealous! it will be there best time you ever have you don't even have to drive to have fun!

Casas Lindas's property was a really nice and safe place to stay in San Juan. Although it is NOT right next to the beach, it is in a very safe neighborhood, within driving proximity to several key locations in town as well as several beaches. The level of security, the amenities, the deco, all the details included, set this house apart. The owner was responsive to all requests right away, and she was very caring. The place has very comfortable beds, porcelane-style floors, very modern W&D units, and a private garage (fits a large SUV such as the Grant Jeep Category). I would go back in a heart beat!

Bren and Toby are truly outstanding hosts, easily the best I’ve ever had on Airbnb! Staying at their place felt like visiting old friends. They were incredibly welcoming, providing us with fantastic tips and recommendations on dining, sightseeing, and activities, all while being perfectly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The property itself was a dream, exactly as pictured. It’s located in a peaceful area, just minutes from excellent dining options, with a bus stop right outside the gate. Plus, a beautiful beach is only a short walk away, and Bren and Toby thoughtfully provided plenty of beach essentials! We loved spending time in the gorgeous private patio, grilling out, and relaxing in the hammock. Every detail about our stay was just perfect! Our experience with Bren and Toby exceeded all expectations, and if you are looking for a stay in San Juan, look no more! Highly recommend! We’re already looking forward to returning!

My husband and I had an amazing time in Puerto Rico, and our stay at Hector's place. We have stayed there several times already so it felt like home. I was extremely happy that Hector made accommodations for our check in , as we arrived close to 1:30 am. We were able to check in and go straight to sleep lol. Hectors place is our spot, we have breakfast right around the corner at Vistamar bakery, which is super convenient and we love the neighborhood. We will go again in 2025.

We arrived on New Year’s Eve to a total country-wide blackout! Of course we were worried that we might not be able to get into the Air b and B and it would be tough to get a hotel room. But all is well! Perfect generator, easy access with code, everything worked, AC, etc.I was so relieved ! The place feels brand new and checks all the boxes for what should be in an Air B and B. Just minutes from the airport, dead end street, communicative hosts even though I was only there one night. We will definitely be back, convenient, clean, modern,quiet , short walk to restaurants and beach! Bravo

Lovely home!

This condo offers beautiful views from the balcony that allowed us to unwind and feel like we were in paradise. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the host provided toiletries that were very functional for us to use during our stay. The front staff were welcoming and answered all of ours questions. The host Rita was very attentive and accommodating to our needs when communicating with her.

I've been a regular guest at Villa Aponte and recently stayed in the entire rental unit for the first time with some friends. The unit was clean and suitable, just as advertised. It was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, and the two spacious bedrooms and large bathroom were beautifully appointed. We also appreciated the designated smoking area and the reliable internet access. Most importantly, the villa's safe and strategic location made our stay even more enjoyable. It remains a fantastic choice, and I look forward to returning.

Stayed for a week and had a great time. Easy access to Isla Verde Beach. Easy to get to Old San Juan and the rainforest. Place was very spacious. Grocery store and pharmacy close by for easy shopping.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, well equipped apartment with fabulous views of the ocean. The beach was less than 5 min walk. Much to the delight of our group, a full size pool table was found underneath the dinning room table top. Shimmy was a fabulous host and his recommendations for fishing and snorkeling (along with providing snorkeling equipment) were major highlights of the vacation. Shimmy went above and beyond to minimize our inconvenience during a 2-day blackout. We had numerous battery-operated candles, lamps, and other illuminating devices. We had emergency power through an outlet and extensions that allowed us to use the main TV and charge all of our electronic devices. Most importantly, the air-conditioning and elevators continued to operate by generator power. In summary, the accommodations and host greatly exceeded our expectations.

I only need to summarize my stay at Steven’s place as absolutely excellent and so worth it. Beautiful studio apartment, with updated kitchen and bathroom. A humongous king size bed and great space in between the common areas. The kitchen has everything you need, with all essential appliances clean and modern. Being on a high floor makes it nice and cool and noise free. I’ve Airbnb in PR numerous times since I travel there at least 5 to 6 times a year. And this is the best place I’ve stayed so far. I highly recommend Steven to be your host!

The condo was spotless! The view was incredible. You can see the beach and listen to the waves crash all day and night. The location was perfect. You can walk to near by restaurants. The people of Puerto Rico were so friendly! We will definitely be back!!

The 180-degree views of San Juan and the water were stunning. The decor was so tasteful and well thought out; it made the apartment feel like a true getaway. Within a few minutes walk of the apartment are Escambrón beach, Parque Luís Muñoz Rivera, and a wonderful walking/running/cycling route that takes you into Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again.

The 3 of us were so happy with the location of this place, it was very clean and Ray was in constant communication with us. We all enjoyed this beautiful home and will definitely be coming back.

A lovely spacious well appointed and very clean apartment just perfect for a couple. Safe and secure. A great option for anybody wishing to stay in Condado. Lovely partial view of the lagoon and a very short walk to the beach. Lizzie is the perfect host and went out of her way to make us feel welcome, to assist in our planning and even help us out with a couple of administrative tasks.
