Super nice semi-detached house in a top location. The amenities are new and very tasteful. Check-in via an agency was very warm and fun. I speak German and English. The responsible employee is Spanish and French. It was still very easy, and worked out great. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. We can fully recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful well-equipped house, ideal for 4 or 5 people. Very nice view on Almerimar, access to the residence's exceptional swimming pool: very large, hot and supervised water. Very good welcome from Edwin, you feel it very available, and always ready to help.

Highly recommend this apartment - great location in the centre of the village, shop and bar opposite the flat and plenty of parking. In the flat the rooms were spacious with fans / AC, kitchen well equipped, lovely terrace outside for meals and swimming pool was great for all the family. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the place!!. Very comfortable, clean, easy access both by car and on foot (the village of Isleta is very small). Lourdes very attentive, she took care of all the details, even left us fresh drinks in the fridge. Highly recommended for a family vacation. We would definitely come back.

The house is great and is very well located on a quiet street, close to the sea, restaurants and bars. The cleaning and details(hairdryer, iron, kettle, etc....) make all the difference and contribute to making the stay fantastic! The house is complete!!!!! And super clean!!!! Excellent communication with the owner and concerned and attentive, answer all the questions👍, I love it! We will definitely indicate!

Very clean accommodation, very well located and has all necessary amenities. There are more things than described, for example, there is a dishwasher and air conditioning that are not listed in the listing description. Perfectly located next to supermarkets and restaurants and nine minutes away from the beach. I highly recommend it.

We repeated for the second year and everything was perfect. They have put air conditioning in the living room and in the main room, which is a barbarity on hot days. The urbanization is quiet, has a swimming pool and parking space. 5 minute walk to the beach. In short, a highly recommended accommodation

The duplex is in a quiet area but close to downtown. Nice neighborhood, parks for walking, with swings and with spaces for animals very close by. We were really comfortable and the communication with Liliana was perfect. A totally recommended choice 100%

Everything brilliant. Lovely flat with good access to the beach!

The accommodation is in a good area of Almeria, 15 min from the beaches of Cape Gata and 15 min from downtown Almeria. Fidel a state pending at all times and has given us directions to eat, highly recommended. The house is great for 7 people we were, and the common areas are great, pool, paddle tennis,.. It should also be noted that it is in a closed urbanization, with green and pedestrian areas. To repeat!!!

We had a great vacation, we really enjoyed the stay in Águilas and we were very comfortable in the house, which also had air conditioning, which was very convenient to bring the heat. The stays were very good and the location was great, with the beach quite close and the supermarket also next door. Thank you very much!

We had an enjoyable stay

Rui is a very friendly, reliable host and the townhouse perfect for a family of 5. Located in a quiet side street close to the beach and centre of town. The roof terrace is very pleasant to have dinner and even to sleep (we brought some camping gear) if you prefer the open sky to air-conditioned rooms.

The house is great. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) and both the layout of the house and the size were perfect. It was very clean, it had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. It has A/C throughout the house, which was very important going in summer. The patio is very spacious and has a sense of privacy and the direct path to the pool was very comfortable. The development is super quiet and located very close to many beaches. We'd love to come back. 

Good accommodation for us who were in 9 people. Kitchen is well equipped and we also found a large new fridge. The swimming pool was very much appreciated by the boys when returning from the sea. San Jose is a great base for touring the beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata.

Had a great month here. Adrian and Ivana were excellent hosts. The outside space was the highlight for us and the location is great. Shops bars restaurants all within walking distance with the supermarket ( Mercadona) with the most amazing seafood counter just 1k away.

We stayed in this beautiful house for four weeks in November/December. It is very well equipped with everything you need during a long stay. On the upper floor there is a very nice, sunny balcony with a beautiful view where we had breakfast every day. Very nice is also the large roof terrace with beautiful views in all directions and sun until the late afternoon. Gracia was very helpful with good tips and advice, was always very accessible, and made sure that everything worked out very well from start to finish. All in all, we spent a very nice time in the house and the surroundings, which we will remember positively.

Lovely and cosy home in a gorgeous traditional Spanish village, very tranquil and would highly recommend. Easy communication with Lillie and we had everything we needed.

A relaxing family holiday made easy because of Lorraine’s excellent hosting which was always friendly and responsive. The casita was perfect for us - the fact it’s part of a small development with shared courtyard and pool meant it felt really safe and secure, especially important for us with young children. The residents are a mix of Spanish and European holidaymakers of varied ages, all friendly, making it a really peaceful atmosphere. The house is kitted out with everything you could want, from the kitchen which is well stocked with all the (often absent) utensils needed for self catering, to the stash of beach equipment including parasols and mats which made trips to the beach that much more comfortable. The local beach is big, so even on busy days there’s plenty of space. Playa de Vera has limited options for eating out, but Garrucha is only a short drive away with lots of choice. The only change we would make is to fly into Almeria instead of Alicante to cut the transfer time.

beautiful house, everything shiny and tidy. we had some breakfast when we arrived, with milk cake, coffee and juice. also left us water that was not drinkable in the place. And the house could not be very comfortable with access to pets highly recommended.

We loved the place. To highlight the views I had both from the terrace, and the 2 rooms. Rosa, who was the person who welcomed us, was very kind at all times. Totally recommended.

Annie and I had a fabulous welcome to Helens home within a beautiful peaceful village. The property was spotlessly clean, very well furnished and everything you would require for a holiday was available, just like home from home ! The location was very peaceful with friendly locals, the shop was very well stocked . It was a bonus to have a pool with bar and Tapas a two minute walk from the property Helen was a super host with a mine of local information and nearby should you need advice on anything. We had an amazing holiday in gorgeous Almeria
