We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need in your kitchen. The area is very quiet, ideal for going with the family and resting. Naddia welcomed us, very helpful and kind. Repeat experience.

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! We were great! The apartment is just like the photos and description, everything is very clean. The service was very good. If we go back to Carboneras, we'll be sure to repeat it. Taking a walk you are in the center and close to everything. Parking always on the door.

The accommodation is very nice. It is equipped with all lis appliances that are usually used at home. It is a detail of the plastic tableware for the children. I would definitely go back to this lodge. Thanks for everything Fran.

We had a very fluid communication with Verónica and Yolanda, always very attentive with us. The apartment is very well distributed with the size it has for about 4 people (we were 3 people and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a room with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and room have air conditioners), and a garage square. The concierge at the reception of the building was always very nice to us regarding the doubts we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Stay for 4 days, we had a delay in arrival and Fran wrote us to worry about our arrival,how we arrived late Lydia took care of us by phone and was really kind and attentive, I made the arrival very easy,the accommodation was great, quiet and with very nice views, we will be back at some other time.

It was a great stay! we liked that it was all the ground floor and the pool of the development two steps away, (literally) opening the gate that separated the terrace from the apartment and being already in the pool. La terracita for breakfast in the morning, great tb Everything comfortable, with air conditioning that we well thanked, in short, that I would repeat again.

Everything is very clean, quiet and beautiful. Very quiet urbanization, spectacular pool and with 2 lifeguards. Private parking, it is very comfortable if you go shopping or other beaches , then you arrive and put the car in one minute to your garage space. The beach was very close on foot, with restaurants and very spacious beach area also very close to Garrucha, which has very nice beaches too. The accommodation is a first without an elevator and has a beautiful terrace. Elevator is but to get up from the parking. David Louis has treated us wonderfully.

I had a lovely stay at Manuel's. This is a very beautiful residence, very well maintained, the apartment is as on the description. Everything is clean and ready to welcome you. The gym is a little outdated, but still effective for sports. The pool, sauna, hammam and gym complex is lovely. I highly recommend and particularly thank Leïla for her welcome, her kindness when handing over the keys.

It was very good and next to the center of Mojácar. It's a beautiful village and Stephane was very attentive

We had a very good family stay in Juan's house. A large terrace facing the mountain, large bedrooms and a large living room. The house is close to beaches such as the Genoese and san josé. Good communication with Juan. I recommend it!

I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as shown in the photos with amazing views and all amenities. There were great spots nearby for walks with my dog, offering stunning views. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the internet speed was stable, allowing me to work remotely without any issues. Convenient parking is right next to the building. Having a car was really useful, as getting to Almeria or Aguadulce took just 10 minutes. Jessica was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very bright and cozy. The hosts were extremely attentive. A very pleasant stay. Every corner of this home reflects a sense of calm, with a simple yet elegant decor that reinforces the connection to the surroundings. It is a place where comfort blends with the majesty of the landscape, creating an atmosphere of unparalleled peace.

Lucia has been a host at the level of the house: SPECTACULAR!!! Attentive and available at all times for any questions or concerns as well as to coordinate the delivery and collection of keys. The house is a blast. All kinds of amenities in a beautiful, intimate and quiet development. Decorated with exquisite taste that conveys peace and comfort. From the master bedroom and living room there are spectacular views of the sunrise and the shower in the master bathroom you can see that it is newly set up again. We had the thermomix at our disposal as requested, although we finally decided to enjoy the restaurants in the surroundings and in the Golf Mall. Great place to base and move to beaches or tourist spots in the province. The person who gave us the keys was delightful at all times and was all pristine. A taste of stay. We will definitely be back.

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.
