We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need in your kitchen. The area is very quiet, ideal for going with the family and resting. Naddia welcomed us, very helpful and kind. Repeat experience.

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! We were great! The apartment is just like the photos and description, everything is very clean. The service was very good. If we go back to Carboneras, we'll be sure to repeat it. Taking a walk you are in the center and close to everything. Parking always on the door.

Perfect accommodation, close to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches.. Everything was great. Very good community pool. The owner always available for any questions. The only thing that doesn't have an internet connection, although we didn't look at booking the place, it wasn't a problem either. We would repeat encantados

We had very fluid communication with Veronica and Yolanda, always very attentive to us. The apartment is very well laid out with the size it has for about 4 people (there were 3 of us and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, a living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and bedroom have air conditioning), and a parking space. The concierge at the building's reception was always very nice to us regarding the questions we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is very clean, quiet and beautiful. Very quiet urbanization, spectacular pool and with 2 lifeguards. Private parking, it is very comfortable if you go shopping or other beaches , then you arrive and put the car in one minute to your garage space. The beach was very close on foot, with restaurants and very spacious beach area also very close to Garrucha, which has very nice beaches too. The accommodation is a first without an elevator and has a beautiful terrace. Elevator is but to get up from the parking. David Louis has treated us wonderfully.

Beautiful apartment in a lively environment. Many restaurants and the shopping center are within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Óscar provided very detailed check-in instructions and was always quick to reach. The parking space in the parking garage is a bit cramped, but with a few maneuvers also doable with a larger car. The area is very busy and chairs are moved down in the gastronomy until late at night. However, the location is also the big advantage of the apartment.

Second time we stayed in this urbanization and again it convinces us that it has the best of a hotel and the best of an apartment. Manuel as host, trusted person, helpful and friendly. We will continue to choose these apartment when we go in the area.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

We had a very good family stay in Juan's house. A large terrace facing the mountain, large bedrooms and a large living room. The house is close to beaches such as the Genoese and san josé. Good communication with Juan. I recommend it!

Incredibly located apartment! The view from the flat is breathtaking. It was a pleasure to spend there 3 weeks. Ideal for resetting and charging your batteries. It's spacious, has a space to work and comfy bed & couch. Internet connection is fairly good (80 mbps, usually no issues with it). Huge mountainous area around (just crossing the highway underneath it is necessary). We really liked doing a circular trail to Casa Betel with our dog (~1hr, 3.2km). Surprisingly the pool is available all year round (but water is pretty cold). Usually no issues with finding a parking place. Very quiet and calm neighbourhood - wild animals can be spotted every day. Supermarkets are 12-15 mins by car, but with a proper organisation of groceries it was not a big issue to do the shopping twice a week. Good contact with Jessica. When we found a not working electric socket it was fixed the next day. We surely recommend the stay and wish to come back one day (;

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very bright and cozy. The hosts were extremely attentive. A very pleasant stay. Every corner of this home reflects a sense of calm, with a simple yet elegant decor that reinforces the connection to the surroundings. It is a place where comfort blends with the majesty of the landscape, creating an atmosphere of unparalleled peace.

Lucia has been a host at the level of the house: SPECTACULAR!!! Attentive and available at all times for any questions or concerns as well as to coordinate the delivery and collection of keys. The house is a blast. All kinds of amenities in a beautiful, intimate and quiet development. Decorated with exquisite taste that conveys peace and comfort. From the master bedroom and living room there are spectacular views of the sunrise and the shower in the master bathroom you can see that it is newly set up again. We had the thermomix at our disposal as requested, although we finally decided to enjoy the restaurants in the surroundings and in the Golf Mall. Great place to base and move to beaches or tourist spots in the province. The person who gave us the keys was delightful at all times and was all pristine. A taste of stay. We will definitely be back.
