This house (and its hosts) are beautiful! I was supremely comfortable here, felt very safe walking around, an d was thrilled to find it is just a 3 min walk to access the riverwalk area. Being so close to Pearl (where I was attending a conference) was amazing. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you need, and the restoration work is gorgeous. The kitchen is huge and elegant, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the footprint was such that it would be easy to come together in the common areas yet still feel privacy in the bedrooms. The hosts were top notch - answering every question and graciously letting me enter a little bit early so I could be situated for an online meeting slated to begin right at check in. The yard is huge and comfortable, and the hot tub was a much enjoyed bonus for relaxation time after long work days. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything here was great, quiet and peaceful area... The only thing I had a problem with was that the outlet the TV was connected to did not work, had to use an extension cord... Everything else was awesome.... Thanks for hosting us Alex

The home is absolutely amazing, beautiful, has modernized appliances and is extremely clean. You have access to the thermostat to make yourself comfortable. TVs in each room to accommodate everyone. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are towels available for pool/shower. The kitchen is adequately supplied. I had zero complaints about this place and look forward to our next stay.

Had a great stay, and I really enjoyed the inside of the home. It was cozy and just as advertised. Highly recommend for a small group of people who are looking for an affordable price.

We decided to do something a little different for Thanksgiving this year and it was worth it! Spent time with family, played games.. we felt right at home! Great stay!

Where to start? Idyllic, peaceful and very very quiet. This is a beautiful property, tucked away in the Texas Hill Country – away from all the noise of city life. Just the occasional sound of wind in the trees or wild turkeys in the distance. Alan and Susan are great hosts. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. Alan met us on our arrival to give us a guided tour and explain how everything operated. That was really appreciated. Breakfast outside on the deck every morning, facing the creek, made for very relaxed living – and of course great weather helped! Gently swaying in the hammock reading a book was also a lovely way to spend a few hours. We loved the interior of the house – very bright and airy – just perfect. And how many AirBnBs offer an outdoor shower? Count Tranquilitree as one of them – a great feature to have and enjoy. Thank you for a great stay Alan and Susan – we would love to return.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The moment we stepped in it smelled so clean and the place looked spotless. It felt so much bigger in person than it looked like in the pictures. It was also so cozy and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on and I promise I’m not exaggerating. Josh and Amiee had so many accommodations especially with their binder of recommended places to go to, their collection of dvds, bathroom essentials, bath robes and towels. It genuinely felt like it was our home for the weekend. Josh and Amiee checked up on us throughout the weekend and even left a welcome note for us and left the light on for us when we told them we would be coming a little later than expected. So sweet. I would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, and it was in a conventional location downtown and very easy to find the host gave very thorough instructions.

Perfect location, parking was super accessible and it was within walking distance. Everything was within walking distance.

I had a conference to attend the Marriott Rivercenter for 3 days and it was an absolutely beautiful 13 minute walk every morning and afternoon through the city and down the river! Of course it helped that the weather was perfect but Lauren’s place made me feel right at home. Parking was easy, I followed the advice and parked for 3 days at the lot two blocks down across from the courthouse. The apartment building is older, but so eclectic and cool. Ambiance was set with jazz music right when I checked in. I truly appreciated all the attention to detail and overall vibe of the place.

The interior of the house was very nice. Bedroom was great just that I was hoping for the room to have a bigger tv.

Rick’s place was well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, near several breweries. Lyft and Uber were never far away.

We had a wonderful stay! Very peaceful and cozy. We immediately felt right at home. I can only recommend this place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

Very good option. Close to the fast tracks to access any area on sat….the depa is in a safe and beautiful complex. The depa is in excellent condition and fully equipped. Everything was great! We loved it, happy to be able Come back some day or recommend it.

I absolutely LOVED this airbnb and the host was soooo incredibly kind. ☺️ She was also one of the most responsive airbnb hosts I’ve ever had! The condo was beautiful, and in a great location, and the pool was so fun for the kids. 😍 10/10 recommend!

Lovely condo, enjoyed the 3 bedrooms, comfy living room, well equipped kitchen—didn’t do any cooking, but nice to have coffee pods, tea etc available. Great location for shopping & restaurants in Gruen . Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The bar stools were comfortable & TV tray tables were available.

Loretta’s place is so beautifully decorated! It’s super cozy with lovely deers surrounding the property! It was quiet and very clean. I had a wonderful staying here. Will definitely come back if I need to be in the area again!

We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from our porch and from the sidewalk along the river. We saw deer, nutria, and bass fish. This place was cozy and very clean. We enjoyed being minutes away from great restaurants and activities. Access to a nice hot tub in December was an added bonus! Thank you for a great stay!
