House built in 1900's, so when you stay with me you'll enjoy the historic charm of a Texan home with brand new updates. Access into the house with your customized access code for entry, no key needed. Private parking for 4+ cars, plus free public parking on the street. Central A/C and heater. The house is equipped with a 2 king beds, 1 full bed, 1 sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, closets, luggage rack, walk in shower, smart TV, Wifi. In person or automated check in (if required), always available if needed. The house is in a calm, quiet neighborhood close to Downtown San Antonio. Walk to the Pearl Brewery and museums. Coffee shops and gas stations are nearby, and it's close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Alamodome. AT&T Center is a 10-minute drive away. For less than $10 you could catch an Uber into the city and experience The Alamo, Tower of the Americas, River walk, Alamodome, Convention Center, Tobin Center. There are plenty of scooters available to get around downtown if you want to get to know the city better. Access to the apartment is directly from the private parking/backyard. The apartment is located on the second floor. One flight of stairs up. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. If you're looking for a place to host a rager, please keep looking. City of SA Hotel Occupancy TAX (HOT)due in CASH at Check-in The City of SA recently enacted a HOT of 10% to Airbnb guests of the total of the reservation, the same TAX paid at hotels. Zoo and Brackenridge park are near by. Bike rentals are located near by at the Children's Museum or The Pearl

My family stayed in the apartment for the 2025 Final Four. All events were within very easy walking distance and most could even be seen right out our window. Mario’s dining recommendations were excellent and we really enjoyed the reasonable walk to the River Walk area.

Wonderful place to stay. So easy to get around. Easy walking distance to The Pearl and a beautiful walk to the city. We had no car but buses run from the end of the street and are easy to use. Ubers are plentiful! The neighbours are quite and friendly and the neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. I would highly recommend.

Nicks place was a very nice and clean space right off of the highway in New Braunfels. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time staying in that area as he usually grew up in the San Antonio area. So it was nice to venture out and explore a different city. We also loved that the place was 10 minutes away from Buc-ee’s which was a highlight, especially if you were looking for gas or snacks. Now the only little con would be that in the bedroom is a hallway light outside that can be bright at night throw the curtains but, with some black light curtains that would definitely help. Also a great breakfast place that we’d recommend is called Breakfast. Which is about 10 minutes away from the Airbnb. But, all in all I would definitely stay again especially to explore in the city more.

Very nice loft and convenient to downtown and grocery stores, etc. The only thing that I didn’t anticipate was that the road next to the loft is a very busy road at all times of the day. It’s city living for sure but I’m not totally surprised by it. We had a sound machine and earplugs since we’re not used to cars that close to our home. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely space to stay as a couple! The neighborhood is outstanding - the botanical gardens are walking distance and there is no shortage of restaurants and even fun shops nearby. The apartment has easy parking. To save on costs we used the kitchen to make several meals. Kimberly was extremely responsive - we locked ourselves out on Christmas Eve and she very quickly managed to get us back in.

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kenneth!
