Sumudu was very responsive and friendly. The house was awesome and had everything we needed as a family to stay with a young child. I highly recommend this apartment for a family.

Thulada’s place is a great stay, highly recommend, very well kept, every small intricate need is taken care of, iron, iron board, medical kit, well equipped kitchen, bed linen very clean, peaceful neighbourhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Place is excellent in all aspects…. Location, surrounding, accessibility, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, ambience… The best part is, Thilak has been responsive to all my queries. The mezzanine extended balcony was added bonus, good and safe for kids to move around. If I visit Colombo again, I’ll definitely stay here. Of course will recommend the place to my friends too. The apartment is centrally located in Colombo, making it convenient for travel, dining, and booking an Uber. There are plenty of restaurants open late into the night. The apartment has a caretaker and is very secure. Sonali is super responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we will book this place for our next visit. We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and well-maintained, offering a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. Security was top-notch, which made us feel safe and secure during our time there. The pictures on the listing were accurate, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The kitchen was fully functional, complete with all the necessary utilities for a hassle-free experience. We shopped for groceries at a Keels within walking distance. Neil was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had almost immediately, and arranged us a vehicle to the airport for a very reasonable price. He also allowed us to stay an extra 5 hours beyond the checkout time, free of charge because our flight timing was past the checkout time. Overall, this apartment was definitely worth the money, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay. Thank you, Neil, for being an amazing host!

Great place to stay in Colombo city. Close to important locations.

It is my second time stay at “Mystical Rose”. Mr. Wilhelm is a great host and made my stay felt right at home. Walkable distance to restaurants and supermarket. It is very quiet and has a great view of Colombo skyline from the balcony. Wilhelm communicated very well and also very proactive to intimate about power breakdown due to maintenance work. It is located at a very safe and quite gated community with 24x7 security. Great host.

This was my third stay here and it was so good to be back home! and home is certainly what Pia"s beautiful place feels like from the very first moment of stepping inside. Everything is so very thoughtfully taken care of leaving you free to enjoy every precious moment of your stay. The genuine and warm hospitality and overflowing generosity from both Pia and Marisa, so enhances this feeling and experience. They are always on hand, always just a phone call, or, message away and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you Pia and Marisa, for another treasured memory to carry me through until the next visit home!

It was a very nice apartment. Very beautiful area in front of the house. The apartment has everything you need. The hostess is very responsive and helpful! There is a washing machine) Very quiet place, but at the same time you can easily walk to the cafe and the beach! We really liked everything!

Nenuka is a nice young man hosted us very good. Very clean, spacious, even didn’t use the kitchen had all necessary kitchen utensils. We felt staying as our home. Living room and two rooms had each air conditioners and worked very well. Nenuka is on time working and easy communicating person. Had very comfortable stay. Thank you Nenuka.

Our stay at Pushpa's place made for a perfect last leg of our trip to Sri Lanka. 1. The well-equipped cozy one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and kitchen unit is perfect for a short stay. 2. Grocery stores, a choice of restaurants, a wine store, a beach -- all are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. 3. Tuk-Tuks / Cabs are easily available. 4. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the property has a lovely garden which is great for morning sit outs and a terrace garden which is great for evening sit out with the breeze keeping the mosquitoes away. Pushpa is a genuinely wonderful person who goes out of her way to help people. We were allowed a very early check-in and check-out which was very helpful given our arrival and departure times. She also helped us with booking a boat ride in the Muthurajawela wetlands - which turned out to be a memorable experience for us. Overall, we felt like house guests. Thank you for everything, Pushpa!

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

Hashantha’s place was great, Saman and Sandamali who greeted us were very kind and lovely. The kitchen was stocked with milk, tea, coffee and fresh fruits on arrival. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay a few nights in Colombo.

I had an amazing stay at Pushpa’s property the past 3 nights. The place is in a truly beautiful setting, very tranquil and close to the beach. The host was friendly, responsed quickly to any questions aI had plus offered some good local recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and good value for money quite frankly. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day to explore Sri Lanka more.

Dinusha was a wonderful host. She was very kind and lovely. We booked the place on a very short notice and even stayed back 2 hours after the original check out time because of our flight timings. Dinusha was very understanding and hospitable. The apartment was very clean and tidy. I would definitely come back whenever I'm back in Sri Lanka.

Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

Jenny & Riad were wonderful hosts! They are kind, helpful and communicative. The condo is beautifully decorated and it's a very homey and comfortable space. You really can't beat watching the sunrise/sunset over the ocean. I would just be mindful that it's a family building, so you will see neighbors and you'll definitely hear them. The location is optimal and it was perfect for me.

Really a great place to call home. Convenient to public transportation. Great coffee and snack shop, grocery and take out places. The security was very responsive and helpful when we ordered TAXI service. Very quiet location. Had issue getting news channels on the TV, wanted log ins. The Host representative was very obliging and responsive. Will rent in the future.
