Staying at dona Blanca's appartment made our family reuinion vacation that much more memorable! It truly felt like we stayed at a friend's place, very friendly, very responsive and truly caring for our comfort. The view is just stunning! Every morning I got the chance to enjoy the paved roller skating rink while enjoying the breeze and view on johnny cay. My son enjoyed the play parc that is just across the street from the building. 24hrs security and card scanning system brought us peace of mind. Mind you, the appartment does not have hot water, though honestly... with the 27 degree+ weather.... a colder shower was really welcomed!! :) The AC units are in all the rooms & the main room. The breeze was so lovely in the evening that we barely needed the AC in the main room anyhow. Within 15 minutes, you access the Malecon...which is an amazing place with shops, hotels, amazing beach and an outdoor gym. Renting a Mulita is a must!! Boat ride to the Aquarium is a must !!

Stayed at a few of Allen’s places. Always a great experience. This one was particularly beautiful. Amazing view. Always responsive. Building Security the best. Hot water reliable, Enoch is always iffy in Colombia. My new go to for return trips.

Very nice, spacious and bright apartment. Very easy communication and we were even able to arrive before the scheduled time. The washing machine was broken during our stay but if we had needed it, we could have accessed that of another apartment in the same building without difficulty. There is a bit of street noise but it is generally quiet. Location! Location!

We booked this location last minute and we are grateful it was available! Prime location and for being so close Provenza there was no noise when going to sleep. Host was communicative and made us feel valued. 100% recommend!

It’s a perfectly adequate serviced apartment style accommodation. If you want to be in the heart of Laureles, this is the place. It was extremely noisy, but we had the fan to provide some white noise background and had no trouble sleeping. No complaints - as our other accommodation cancelled on the day of arrival and we booked this place with only a few hours notice and it was all very reliable.

No A/C. That’s the only problem. Nice clean place. The price is very good.

Like a second home in Bucaramanga

thank you very much for the stay in Yorlady, Rionegro is a nice municipality and with a very friendly people, the apartment is ideal for a family of 3 or 4 members. Comfortable and very good to rest, the location is 15 minutes walk from the terminal or the center. I would stay there again.

Staying in the Mario’s apartment was great since the beginning. The apartment looks great and the location is pretty quiet. I will take this apartment for my future travels. Thank you Mario for everything. See you next time.
