Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Colombia

The view is spectacular. The breakfasts were excellent. We really enjoyed the resident dogs and cats (and the complimentary fresh fruit). But we especially enjoyed just sitting outside our chalet and watching the wildlife and enjoying the view.

The attention of everyone was incredible, especially Yoreidy , they made our stay very pleasant, the view is beautiful, I could make a small bonfire, spectacular, thank you so much.

Olga is absolutely lovely and amazing! The property is stunning and very well staffed. Olga gave us an extremely warm welcome and lined up transportation and activities for us. Our son had a stomach virus while we were there. She and her staff were BEYOND kind, helpful and accommodating. Olga has created a wonderful environment of community with her staff and guests. We cannot say enough good things! She also coordinated a boat tour to the Rosario Islands that was awesome! We would absolutely stay with Olga again, and you should as well!

This husband and wife team are extremely supportive and always with a smile on their face. The location has breathtaking views. Breakfast is served with care and at the time you desire. The butter was 100% organic from the neighbors ranch. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a peaceful place to stay while traveling between the town of Guatape and Medellin.

Jairo and Jenni were great hosts. From the moment we entered, we felt right at home, very comfortable. We always had their help and excellent willingness to organize walks, activities, what and where to eat. 100% available to provide information and help us. It really was a fantastic experience. My son and I are super happy that we chose them for our stay in Old Providence. I congratulate them on how tidy, organized and clean their house is, all the details add up and the good energy is felt.

Amazing stay. The place is beautiful, very typical. The room is huge, comfortable. A very complete breakfast, with a variety of fruits and local food. The service was a 10, super friendly and warm

Place was great for us. We had six of us, and there are six rooms. Fun spot with very friendly staff. The ladies that stay are lovely and always willing to make food or help. Place is very secure, you need to have the staff let you in and out. Really a not a bad deal at all if you have the right size group. I do believe you can rent out by the room as well if you have smaller groups, but not sure on that. Overall very good value and would stay here again. You can walk to stores, restaurants and bars. There is a small shop directly across the street to pick up drinks, snacks, and fruit and other small store items. Nice area of town and near mountain views. Older home, but well kept and has character.

My stay was super nice quiet and clean The attention of Marisol , Yosbeli , Luisa was excellent are very warm and friendly people Breakfast time was high quality as they lended to coexist with one ., the taste of the food was delicious never repeated the breakfast , the menu was varied Any questions or needs I had supported and resolved it to me To move in Medellin city they lent me the civic card All the time they gave suggestions of where to go so you could get to know the City or its surroundings The ample check-in and check-out times Some times I arrived early in the morning and there was no problem at all On my return I will definitely stay with Norela again

Excellent place to rest. It is a coffee shop with natural spaces to rest with all the amenities. The green of the landscape, the coffee trees, the fruits and the noise of the birds make the days wonderful. Oliva and Alain great hosts. Excellent food and Oliva, thank you for your vegan dishes. The coffee they produce and the coffee they make has a great aroma, flavor, and body.

The host Quique and his mom Doña Leticia made me feel at home. My room was well located - close to the rustic pool and country kitchen. It is a safe region and there are many stalls next to the hostel where to buy food to prepare for my lunches. What's more: 5 minutes to cross the bridge, wash an umbrella, chairs, and spend a quiet day in Playa Azul. Casa Puerto Vallarta is like being in the jungle: Plants, Flores, a country place. Between Quique and Doña Leticia there was no lack of anything: tranquility, cleanliness, everything they did to help me accommodate 5 country days. Bravo.

My stay at this stay was excellent. It was perfectly located near the event I was attending, which was very convenient. The staff who took care of me were extremely friendly and always responded quickly to my needs. The cleanliness of the place impressed me, and best of all, I didn't get cold, which was a relief. I would definitely stay here again on future occasions. Highly recommended!

Quiet place and close to restaurants and cafes , very friendly, breakfast is rich and the atmosphere is quiet.

I stayed in the Village for two nights, and I wish I could have stayed longer!! Before arriving, Valentina had already contacted me to inform me, upon arriving from the boat she picked me up to take me to the Hostal. It's a beautiful place with lots of nature, it doesn't just have charm but it brings what you need to feel comfortable. She and Carlos are super friendly and above all very good people, they have always advised me cheveres activities. I 100% recommend this place for those who want to enjoy a quiet hostel, nice and with a good atmosphere.

I was in the private room, it is just as beautiful as in the photos, nice, spacious, with everything you need air, fan, TV, mirrors, comfortable bed. The industry feels safe.

Very nice hostel and with a very rich breakfast. Towels and bar soap are included in the private room. The air conditioning worked well and in general everything was very clean :)

Excellent host, she was very attentive to my arrival and the things I needed. I had a change of flight time and they allowed me to stay in the house and make use of the facilities, which was very nice of them, since other places do not allow this. Every part of the house is very beautiful and clean, it has all the necessary elements for an excellent stay.

This was without a doubt one of our favourite hostels in Colombia! Claudia, the owner, was extremely helpful and communicative prior to arrival and assisted with arranging transport for us. Upon arrival at Color we were impressed to discover the hostel was more like a boutique hotel. There’s a beautifully manicured garden and pool area with hammocks and game space with pool table. The restaurant has an extensive food menu that is very reasonably priced given the high standard of the food! We had a double en-suite room which was exceedingly spacious with a comfortable bed and 4 pillows! Good aircon + fan and the room featured patio style doors leading straight out to the pool area. Only feedback would that it might be nice to have blackout style curtains to help keep the room darker at night. It’s an easy 15-20 min walk to the Main Street where most shops and restaurants are. Wish we could have stayed longer at Color!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Marta’s home on a stunning mountainside with gorgeous views! We are so glad that we decided to make this our homebase and visit Jardin and the surrounding area for hikes, wandering town or for meals. Marta and family are lovely people and we felt so welcomed immediately. Staying at their finca, where they grow coffee and so many kinds of fruit, is a lovely way to learn more about Colombian culture. We balanced our time hanging out at the house and having some meals there with going into Jardín and hiking the area. It is worth knowing that Gustavo, Marta’s husband, is available to pick you up and bring you to/from town for a fee; he is an expert at navigating the steep and sometimes muddy road to their home. That in itself is a memorable adventure in his jeep from the 1950’s! We also got to practice our Spanish and their youngest daughter (who is was delightful) practiced her English with us. We can’t wait to return.

Frana Lodge is a beautiful place, a real authentic hidden gem. The hike to the lodge is a little challenging with your bags, but well worth it! Crossing through the stream is actually refreshing on a hot day and adds to the whole experience of the location. Once you arrive, you can relax in the hammocks, greet the pets, and have a cold beer or a very tasty icy fresh fruit drink. The lodge itself is perfectly clean, offers spectacular views, lots of local trails, and it’s walking distance to Tayrona National Park. Franz took a lot of extra time talking to us about things to do on our short 3 night stay, offering suggestions including a really great local cocoa tour. He also arranged onsite massages. They offer breakfast & delicious dinners for a small fee. The food is 100% fresh and homemade. Lunch is not offered, but you can eat lunch when you’re out during the day nearby. It’s the perfect place to relax & get away. Thank you, Franz & staff.

I recommend this stay !! If you are looking for comfort,safety, cleanliness, friendliness and a safe park. This is the place you are looking for !! You are also super close to Hacienda Naples and the Colombian Santorini.
