The place is located at the height between the valleys of the Ennepe and the Heilenbecke, surrounded by dams. The valley of the Ennepe is one of the most beautiful river valleys in NRW. From here you can start extensive walks or hikes in the varied nature. By car, the larger cities of Wuppertal, Hagen are quickly accessible. Cologne and Düsseldorf are also only 50 km away.
