It was a nice extended weekend in the attic apartment, the AMBIENTE was perfect and the hosts were absolutely accommodating from check-in, to the accommodation of the e-bike on the property, to the provision of information about the area and finally also the farewell / check-out Michael and Sandra

The stay was incredibly pleasant despite the not-so-nice weather. The accommodation has everything you need if you don't need a kitchen. There are plenty of opportunities to eat delicious food in the area. We are absolutely satisfied with our trip. The hosts are very friendly and totally accommodating. Board games were available and we used them directly for ourselves. 😊 There is nothing missing in the accommodation or in the area. Absolutely recommended! ☺️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, with clear instructions provided by the host, making it stress-free to settle in. The beds were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a dream! It’s clear that the host prioritizes guest comfort, as the linens were soft, and the pillows were just right. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. What truly stood out was the host’s helpfulness. Christian was responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. Great place, Silke is super friendly, her recommendations we're excellent. The apartment is nice, with a lot of light, beautiful living room and well equipped kitchen, I always like to buy local stuff and cook myself and it was perfect choice. Highly recommended!!!

The house is spacious and has a really nice layout. Rooms are big, and the bathroom is very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4 and 2 friends. Some small downsides are the view from the garden, you overlook the valley with some industry and the highway is quite nearby, you can hear it from the garden. But we guess the garden would feel very different in spring and summer when the trees have all their leaves. We had some difficulties with the floor heating, but I'm am sure this will get fixed, since Yewgenija is a super host who went out of her way to answer our questions asap and is very open to suggestions on how to improve the house and the experience of her guests. The area is very nice for daytrips and walks and the Ahr and its small villages are certainly worth the trip, although I would rather recommend a visit outside of winter. Since the big flood of 2021 a lot has been done to rebuild the area and the Ahr-valley residents are very warm and welcoming to tourists!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We spent New Year's Eve in the Stranzenburg in a small group. Really a beautiful unique house with charm! Ursula was a great host who even greeted us with a cake. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out and received a quick response. We were all very comfortable.

Communication worked great, it was missing bed linen within 15 minutes, it was submitted later. The host is very nice, the house was clean and matched the pictures. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Every letter is true, what a top location. Our family (10p) has greatly enjoyed this oasis of luxury and comfort. Taken to the last detail. It's quite a lot of money, but worth every penny. Highly recommend. Only 1 small tip. A 2nd pool cue in front of the large Pool table. oh yes, the kitchen and all the wellness very well equipped.

Very nice traditional German house on the Rein's bank. Beautiful location for the nature lovers. Lot of possibilities for walking. House is close the railway but one doesn't hear this inside of the house. Recommended for the nature and history lovers.

I had an amazing time staying at Michael’s place in Köln, Germany. The design of the flat is outstanding, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Michael was a fantastic host, and for the first time in my experience, I met such a caring host who prepared a fully stocked fridge with drinks, alcohol, and snacks—bravo for that! I felt truly welcomed and it made my stay even more special. Everything was incredibly well-organized, making my experience even more enjoyable. Many people say that where you sleep isn’t important, that they just need a bed. But I disagree - it’s the place where you stay that makes the entire experience special. Michael’s place made my trip extra special - offering convenience, aesthetic pleasure and a truly comfortable environment. I was so impressed that I’m already looking to book for next year! From the moment we contacted Umit, he was very responsive and helpful. The unit is exactly as pictured in a quiet part of Dusseldorf. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Light rail is a short walk away which gets you into the city centre.

The apartment was super nicely decorated, cozy and very clean, the hostess super sweet and always available. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly, you didn't hear any noise from the outside. Everything was great.

Friendly host, gives you all the necessary information, offers further information if necessary, inquires if everything is okay, and is at the same time pleasantly reserved (doesn't annoy, but you know if something should be, he takes care of it). Check-in is very easy and attention is paid to details in the furnishing and preparation of the apartment, we enjoyed it very much. The bed was a little short for my relatively large partner, but we could have seen that from the photos beforehand. Location and views are of course super nice. We would book again.

So was a very responsive host. Prior to check in and throughout the stay, so kept in touch to make sure we arrived ok, had what we needed, and answered any questions I had. The space was nice and worked well with our family of 8. The space was extremely clean and well maintained. I appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamer in the cabinet. I am not sure that is always there, but it was nice to have it for the morning. Beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this airbnb.
