Monthly Rentals in College Park

This was my second visit to Leanne's house. During the three weeks of my stay, I had a really relaxing time, as I did last time. Leanne is an incredibly nice and friendly host. It's no exaggeration that so many previous guests call her a great host! The house was always kept very clean. I usually felt very comfortable using the bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer in the basement, and other areas. Leanne's responses to my questions and requests were always prompt and friendly. I also enjoyed having conversations with Leanne, her family, and friends. Of course, I was also able to have complete privacy whenever I wanted. I visited the Library of Congress in DC and the National Archvies II, and the house is in a very good location to visit both institutions. The neighborhood was very safe and I was able to walk to a variety of shops and stores as well as the Metro station. I especially loved jogging in the beautiful neighborhood! I can't wait to stay at Leanne's house again next time!

Very nice neighboorhood and located near lots of places to eat! The airbnb was cozy and had a good sized kitchen. I enjoyed my stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and comfortable. It was also the perfect location for what we wanted: 1) quieter area; close to downtown D.C., but not so close that you’re in the middle of all the traffic of the city; and 2) less than 5 minute drive to a Metro station, so getting into/out of the city was super easy. The apartment complex was quiet and clean, and felt very safe. Definitely would recommend!!
