Monthly Rentals in Colfax, Guilford County

Very easy stay. Somewhat in the country, but close to town. So you get a little bit of both Fields. Very clean, only noise was what was in the description so there were no surprises! Or unexpected noise. Had a great stay and would stay again.

Cozy home with all the family-friendly amenities you need, located in a quiet neighborhood. One of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. Lots of attention to detail in the well stocked kitchen and bath. Cute decor - Very welcoming and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and worked us in at the last minute.

I'm from out of state, and rented this condo for two months. I decided to extend my visit for a additional month, and was very happy to be able to rent this condo for a third month. The condo itself is cute and looks like the pictures. I loved having an electric fireplace, and was happy that the condo was well stocked with things such as body wash, shampoo, garbage bags, zip lock bags, cooking spices, etc...but what I REALLY loved was the location. It seems like EVERYTHING is close to here. In less than ten minutes I could drive to walmart, sam's club, home depot, walgreen's pharmacy, Regal movie theater, Food Lion grocery store, Harris Teeter grocery store, a liquor store, and about a dozen restaurants (including Chipolte, Olive Garden, BoJangles, and many others). As a person that is not familiar with this city, having so many things nearby was great.

I enjoyed my 3 week stay with hosts, Sara and Barry! They were accommodating and friendly at all times and the apartment contained everything I needed for comfort and convenience. I especially loved being in the country where I felt safe and could enjoy a scenic 14 minute drive to the shopping centers in Greensboro. I was in the process of buying a residence during my stay and the apartment was the perfect location to make trips to my new home as needed.
