Monthly Rentals in Colegiales

Comfortable , very quiet area at night to rest. You have many things nearby such as laundry, supermarket, pharmacy and cafeteria.

I lived there for 3 months and can highly recommend. The landlady is always available and also gives helpful tips for the surroundings of the apartment. I also liked the location. You have 2 train lines and many bus lines in the immediate vicinity and get everywhere well. Even at night I never felt unsafe in the area. Likewise, I liked the many bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and in the apartment you hardly get any of the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Place is located in a beautiful street with easy access to the rest of the city, and Alejandra was very helpful, allowing flexible check-in and check-out based on my schedules.

3 month stay, only left because that's as long as Argentina allows. Great location, close to groceries, busses, fruit & vegetable stands, and coffee shops. It is still quiet because it is a block off the main street. Everything in the kitchen works (no microwave, not a probem for me).Lots of storage. Housekeeper was great! (thank you Claudia!) Would definitely stay again!
