Lovely place to stay, extremely clean and coinvent for the centre of Newmarket.

Central location, parking, immaculate and high quality fixtures and fittings. We did have a couple of teething problems settling in but Harry was there in person to sort them out in less than an hour. It's all what it says on the tin, very practical and comfortable.

A really nice and spacious apartment. Close to city centre; surrounded by trees so really private. Harry was always hugely responsive and helpful.

A beautiful apartment, modern and spotless. Perfect for a family and friends who want to catch up and relax and a lovely pub in walking distance. I highly Would recommend.

Great little apartment for 3 adults & a baby for weekend stay visiting family. Issue with parking which the hostess was very proactive at dealing with, not the hostess fault and obviously very frustrating for them. Unfortunately my granddaughter and daughter were ill and host was so understanding. Great to have amazing places to stay.

Vanessa’s property was very homely and comfortable. Also she was very responsive and helpful would love to stay again. Just absolutely perfect the stay was x

Many thanks for arranging our overnight stay at short notice - it was perfect for our needs (stopping by Ipswich to sort out our rental flat) and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Our dog absolutely loved the property and fell straight asleep when we arrived. He's never usually so relaxed in a strange place! The lodge is a beautiful conversion with gorgeous oak doors and rafters and lots of lovely pieces of furniture. The huge bed was the most comfortable we've slept it! Thanks again and thanks for the communications. Hope to stay again.

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

I was really impressed with my stay here, I would highly recommend to my family and friends to stay here its in a great location great price , not far to felixstowe where I met up with family, it was lovely decor ,clean and cosy big TVs in every room and how it was listed in the advert .I and my sons were really impressed with the bedside tables that charge your phones by just placing them on top! The lighting was great and a lovely outside area to sit and relax in the summer so I will defiantly be returning loved it! Thanks for the stay.

Place was nice and exactly as described. Check in and check out were flexible with clear instructions. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Had a lovely stay 4th-6th October. We had a wedding at High House, which was a short taxi drive away. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Really nice place, loved the open plan living area. Bedroom is lovely as well and nice to have two bathrooms as we were two friends visiting the area. Great location, easy walk to city centre and the pub just over the road was great. Would definitely stay again

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

Darren’s a great communicator and very flexible. We extended our stay and this was done effortlessly. It’s a great, light and bright apartment with a super-squishy brass bed and a lovely big sofa for vegging if you’re not going out and about. But with the beach a few minutes away why would you stay indoors?

Highly recommend for couples, they even left little extra additional in the room for you on arrival which was such a nice touch, it was very peaceful with a very comfy bed. The hot tub in the evening was perfect with a bottle of bubble perfect way to finish the night. The host was very welcoming & provided great information about the local area. There a fantastic pub two second drive away the food was amazing will definitely be back again recommending to friends & family

My partner and I wanted to get away for a couple of days, but I didn't dream we could find somewhere as lovely as this - luxury is the word I would use. It was so perfect for us that we only left the accomodation once for a pub lunch. It was the private and relaxing break we wanted. We are already planning on when to book to come back.

A lovely little place to stay and the private hot tub is fantastic with stunning views. A good location with shops and takeaways nearby and easy access to Ipswich.

The Nest is a lovely peaceful and well-equipped retreat. Cosy, warm and surprisingly cool at night despite being an Earth-dwelling. No damp or condensation due to the unique construction and excellent ventilation. Has a very private little outdoor area to relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Although don’t expect a field view as nature has done its job with the hedgerow! Walks around Wildlands and beyond rejuvenate the soul! 100% recommend The Nest. And Claire really is a super-host!!
