Monthly Rentals in Cogozzo

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Thank you to our Host, who allowed us to spend a week in an apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities, as at home. Quiet and convenient location for getting around, there are also supermarkets and a convenient laundromat nearby. He welcomed us upon arrival by providing us with all the necessary information to experience the house and the surroundings. Thank you, it was a pleasure.

Chiara gave me detailed instructions how to let myself in when it seemed I would be there before the usual check-in time. Upon check-out, she offered to take me to the station by car! She also stocked the kitchen with useful foods, not only spices, but also oil, vinegar, coffee/tea, fresh clementines, cookies… The place is lovely: spacious, and with so much history!

Nice apartment, very comfortable for 3 persons, fully equipped. Very helpful and friendly host.
