I stayed for 1 month in the apartment and I can say in general that it is a safe, quiet area, the apartment has everything you need for 2 people, upon arrival I found the place clean and tidy. I would stay again for longer stays.

As described, easy access, quiet area. Maria attended us from 10. We traveled by car of our own and we had no problem finding parking on the same block, and the area is safe. There are super and several shops to reach on foot and there is public transport nearby. It's minutes away from several tourist spots, but without having to withstand the hustle and bustle of downtown.We stayed to go to an event in Campo Argentino de Polo, and we arrived in 15 minutes. I super recommend it.

I lived in Matias's house for two and a half months and was immediately comfortable. Matias is a friendly and helpful innkeeper and responds quickly. It helped me solve practical issues for the first few days. The apartment is simple but very welcoming, with everything you need even for long periods. The bedroom, with a comfortable bed, is spacious as well as the living room. Exceptional shower. I've always cooked my meals there. Great WiFi. The apartment is on the second floor of a three-story-style building in a very quiet and cute residential neighborhood. Beautiful area of the nearby Coghlan station. In front of it is a grocery store and fruit and vegetable shop. And also a good restaurant, an ice cream parlor, and a small cafe. For the most commercial part with multiple shops, you need to get away a little. I would definitely return to Matias's apartment.
