The room was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our trip, which was for medical reasons. It’s clear the host has thoughtfully considered the needs of guests in similar situations, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed and within walking distance of key spots. The host was incredibly responsive, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely choose this place again in the future. Highly recommend!”

Sergio’s place was definitely worth booking. The Airbnb was clean easy to get into and out of very close to South Beach Wynwood Brickell nice restaurants very peaceful would definitely book again.

A very bright and well maintained apartment. John was very concerned that we will be arriving without problems. There is a lot of security in the building and it is easy to access, as well as being close to the airport. We don't hesitate to repeat it again.

Very nice apartment. Good views. Small and clean. Has everything you need and nice amenities. Check in was easy and seamless. The views from the pool deck especially at night were amazing. We arrived early so the front desk was able to store our bags for us prior to checkin. ($7 per bag) Had a fridge and freezer for us to keep our leftover food from restaurants. The shower had 2 different heads. Amazing pressure and temperature. I would recommend and definitely would stay here again. Perfect for a girls weekend.

This place was exactly what I needed while I was healing. The recliner was great for sleeping after my procedure and made it easier to transition to standing. The gate outside was great as we always felt super safe. Everything was clean, and Nolia was a great communicator whenever we ran into issues. Thanks so much!

So nice having the backyard attached to our unit. The family next door never came out so it felt like our own private space. We had coconut water everyday. Good: -the maintenance staff was so nice! -the yard was lovely and the highlight of the space -loved having the gate to lock for extra security -the Bustelo coffee was awesome to have on hand for our morning boost! Not so good: -Couch was rickety at best. Could use a new futon. One arm was so loose we avoided that side, and the middle had a dip. -lots of keys, and had to fiddle with them in all 3 locks each times. -a little short on towels, and tp for our week long stay. There was no laundry detergent provided. Notes: -provide laundry detergent. We had to procure our own for one load -fix little things: the lamp by the couch had a broken switch, couch arm was VERY loose, fridge lower drawer was missing the front piece -put the only 2 keys needed a separate keychain and label them. Silver-gate Gold-house (both top and bottom lock)

We had a great time staying at this house. Location was close to Wynwood which was ideal for our trip. The owner was really nice and always responsive.

We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and felt very safe. WinDixie grocery store was only a few blocks away, very walkable. Pharmacy, few restaurants, and stores like Marshalls were also in walking distance. very convenient since we didn't rent a car. The house was comfortable, adequate and met our needs.

Michael’s place was nice it’s located in an older neighborhood but really quiet and peaceful. The house was nice and beds were comfy. Everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Anthony’s home. There were 5 of us total. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hot tub was excellent as well. Anthony himself was a wonderful host. He responded very quickly to any questions I had.

This place was very neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Allapatta.

Seb's house is very nice and comfortable!We had some difficulty finding a parking spot but with the advice of seb we sorted them out.And, seb's house is very well equipped.The kitchen is not only cooking utensils, but also seasonings such as salt.The apartment is not only a washing machine and a dishwasher, but it is also equipped with dishwashing salt and washing pearls.Great place to stay!

Great value for the price, especially considering the neighborhood of Key Biscayne, which offers few lodging options that are affordable. Many things to do, all within reasonable walking distance, including public beach access. Overall a great find, one I hope to repeat one day!

Alberto is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable.

The apartment is spacious and decorated really nice. Some extras were provided that we don't always get at places we have stayed, like beach chairs, bags, cooler, etc.. The kitchen was stocked really well with pots and pans and dishes so that we could cook and eat in if that's what we wanted to do and I appreciate that. We were given every opportunity to communicate with the owner, but we never needed to. We didn't have any issues. It was a very nice stay.

We loved it. We want rent it again next year.
