The AirBnB was very spacious, which was great for a family of 5. Great location too. We were within walking distance to alot of restaurants, shopping and beach. The only downside was that is not very soundproof at night. We could hear everything that was going on outside. But otherwise it was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Very cool room, where there are all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, frying pans, refrigerator, dishes. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, iron. Lots of towels, beautiful view from the balcony. Very responsive hostess. Beach towels are given separately downstairs. In the room you can take an umbrella and 2 chairs for the beach, which is a good convenience. We recommend this place for vacation!

Place was amazing would definitely stay again

Recently stayed - nothing but 5 star. Host was always responsive and helpful even at late hours and was even flexible with our checkout times. Highly rated! It was an amazing apartment. Beautiful views, clean and as described. Walking distance to supermarket and other places. The spa was great. Would use again many times.

Patricia is a great host, extremely nice and responsive AND she was very helpful even before we officially rented her home. Pictures showed exactly how the apt was. The Location is ideal and Patricial was waiting afor our arrival to show as the apt in person and she toured everything in details. She always asked if we needed any help.

Excellent stay, beautiful area, right on the beach! Everything was readily available, from the kitchen necessaries to the beach lounge chaises and umbrellas which was a plus! I Would definitely return and highly recommend this rental! Thank You for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels and we found the supplies described. As soon as we checked out, the cleaning team was ready to walk into the space. I would recommend it!

A perfect place to stay if you’re in Miami for a week or two.

We stayed at Andrea's one-bedroom Miami Beach apartment for a month and would recommend it to anyone visiting and looking to live like a local. The apartment is a great space for a couple. The location is fantastic, literally a 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Yet, you are far enough away from the noise and crowds to appreciate the real Miami Beach, where the locals live. The apartment is fully equipped, and the laundry facilities and garage are a huge bonus. Andrea is an excellent host. He was responded quickly and made sure to fix quickly any issues. We would definitely return for either a long or short stay.

I love this place. It looks exactly like the pictures. The bed and linen are so comfortable. The view from the pool are is amazing. It has a jacuzzi and a nice pool. The area is perfect, a lot of restaurants, bars, boutiques. There is a park right in front. Everything is walking distance. Andrew was easy to reach and very helpful. Also Gustavo from the Hotel at the front desk was extremely helpful. I will definitely go back to this place.

Gabriela's place is a great option to stay in Miami! Ideal location, safe and quiet area, close and walkable to Coral Gables and Miracle Mile, lots of great restaurants, stores and grocery stores nearby. Also easy to get to MIA, downtown Miami and the beaches. The apartment was very clean, cozy and has everything you could need. Parking was very convenient. We had great, easy communication with Gabriela, she always responded quickly, helped us with any questions and was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Gracias Gabriela, we will definitely visit again soon!

Great place to stay near the beach (7min walk) and near a grocery store (10min walk). Includes a dedicated parking spot and private pool. Vickie is friendly, proactive as well as very responsive. One slight flaw was the building manager said there was no crib and high chair upon check in which was a shock as we traveled with a baby. It turned out both were available (as well as some amazing toys); the building manager just needs to be more aware what is in the property, but Vickie smoothened that out.

Our stay was great and the location was unmatched - we were able to walk to restaurants and activities and our Airbnb had a fantastic view. Even when we did run into hiccups that were out of the hosts control, they were responsive and did their best to make sure we were comfortable.

The place is perfect! Everything described is what you get, the host is always at your service and very responsive, I highly recommend it

10/10 stayed for 2 weeks and just made out extended stay easier. Awesome location and a really great environment to be in. Awesome apartment with all the amenities you need. And an extra note awesome attentiveness from out host to our need and accommodation to help us in any way on out stay.

This is a well equipped little condo in an awesome South Beach location on a quiet side street. The gated front entry covered with bougainvillea is simply charming! Walkable to the beach, walking, biking trails and restaurants. Great stay in a perfect South Beach location on.
