This apartment adjacent to the family home is the perfect place to spend a few days exploring the local area. The semi rural neighbourhood is whisper quiet while allowing easy access to the surrounding towns with the use of a car. Barb has made every effort to ensure the comfort of her guests with homely touches, attention to detail and meticulous cleaning. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The king sized bed is comfortable and furnished with pristine linen and generous pillows. The modern bathroom has plentiful hot water and supplies and there is a large laundry for the use of guests. Barb and Daniel were most welcoming when we met. We feel fortunate to have met them and are so grateful for their generous hospitality.

Location, location, location. Jan’s place nails it. Absolutely serene location with the creek out your front door and ability to walk creekside to soak it in. Short drive to State Park with lakeside trail walking. VERY easy to Rt 30, Turnpike, Downingtown and West Chester and their countless restaurant opportunities and shopping. Very clean listing with nice little perks to make it feel like home.

Susanne and John were fabulous hosts. My father was transitioning from his home into a retirement community in Honey Brook, so the location was perfect. He stayed for six weeks and as you can imagine, he was anxious about moving, but felt very comfortable immediately, and really enjoyed his stay. It was a perfect location and space for him.

Sue and Paul, We really enjoyed our stay with you. The apartment & location were perfect for our stay. It's quiet, private, & feels secluded but there are lots options just a short drive away. The rooms were clean & well appointed with so many thoughtful touches. We got to explore your beautiful property before we left, David says he "wants one" (me too ha!).
