Monthly Rentals in Coates Point

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Jill and Andrew’s home. Our time there didn’t disappoint the first time and certainly didn’t disappoint the second time! We love all that Jill and Andrew’s home offers as a home away from home vacation spot! Their home is very comfortable and the views from the windows are stunning! We appreciated all of the water fun they allow for use (kayaks, paddle board). We visited some new (to us) small businesses that we highly recommend: Marinelli's Meats & Italian Market had really good sandwiches amongst other things; Ticonderoga Natural Foods Co-op for groceries and our girls enjoyed a 28 minute ride to 9-mile coffee in Shroon Lake. We also enjoyed our return visit to Nadeau's Farm & Garden Market for fresh produce and yummy cider donuts and the ride to spend a few hours in Lake George Village. We also enjoyed just relaxing on the deck or on the dock & taking in the sites! I honestly could go on and on. We hope to return in a couple of years!

A fantastic location for a family vacation! The house was very spacious and comfortable and there was a ton to do (indoors & outdoors) in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We stayed at Deborah's apartment for over a month and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped for remote work, and perfect for enjoying a relaxing time. Everything exceeded our expectations—even better than the pictures—it's both artistic and cozy. The location is excellent, with easy walks to restaurants and morning coffee spots. Plus, you're just a 15-minute drive from beautiful lakes, great hiking, and top-notch tennis courts in Middlebury and Rutland. Deborah is an outstanding host. We Airbnb frequently, and she is truly a Superhost. We highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back!

Our family of five just spent Thanksgiving at the lake house. Its size and layout accommodated us well - having the second frig became necessary. It’s a lovely place and stunning views from almost every window. Would definitely come again. Thanks!
