Monthly Rentals in Coalburn

I was very relaxed and comfortable in this lovely cottage. It had modern amenities including a lovely bathroom with quality shower and a great kitchen. The weather was extremely cold during my stay but the heating was excellent with big modern radiators throughout. I did not need to use the log burner. I loved the antique furnishings and interesting artwork throughout. I found the location very accessible to walk into town which has a range of good restaurants. I especially enjoyed La Vigna which is only 5 mins walk away. I had a fabulous walk along The Clyde Walkway from New Lanark and the park in Lanark was lovely too. Thank you June for making me so welcome on arrival and kindly providing milk and cakes.

We have stayed in many holiday cottages and this is now our new favourite. It's a beautiful home with stunning views and has everything you could possibly need. The open log fire & Christmas decorations were lovely and the welcome goodies were the best we've ever had. Our family and friends loved visiting us at Lynnallan cottage & we would all highly recommend it to everyone. I'm looking forward to returning in March. Thank you for being a great host Carol.

Andy’s place is an absolute “gem” and I can’t review it highly enough. From making the booking, the host was prompt with his correspondence, polite and professional. Andy messaged the day before our arrival with final instructions which made the whole process painless. What a beautiful cottage and what a beautiful area. Settled in an elevated location surrounded by rolling hills and gorgeous scenery. The cottage is absolutely immaculate. It was spotlessly clean and truly felt like home from home. Everything you could want is provided. It was inviting, cosy, warm and very well equipped. I cannot recommend this escape highly enough and wish to personally thank Andy for a wonderful stay.

This was an ideal place for me to stay to visit family, within easy walking distance of their home, the town centre and direct bus to and from Glasgow train station. Had all the facilities I needed and Claire was really helpful. I suspect I’ll be back again and would recommend to others.
