Monthly Rentals in Clipper Gap

Kaya’s private guest suite was exactly as shown in the photos and exactly what I was expecting. Kaya and her family are very kind and helpful. I did not experience any problems during my stay and they responded quickly if I had any questions. Their house is in a great location in Auburn, near the historic areas and highways 80 and 49 but the house is in a more rural, woodsy area. It was quiet and peaceful and I was able to get a lot of work done. I have already reserved another stay in this suite. Thank you!

When we arrived on Saturday, people were outside their places. That was great to see. Neighbor with dog was nice and so were the dogs, was able to pet them! Location was easy to get to places we wanted to go.

Audrey’s place is just what we needed for our quick stay after the Thanksgiving holiday. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the apartment is very well appointed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. This place had everything we needed for our four night stay and we would love to return.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Laura was extremely helpful. I needed to borrow a steamer or iron and Laura responded that she has an iron that I can borrow. The same day that I checked in, Kay Leigh dropped off the iron and ironing board. The pictures and description of the property is exactly what you see in person. The heater kept us warm and there were plenty of blankets. Thank you Laura and Kay Leigh.
