Monthly Rentals in Cliffside Park

I spent all of October here and it’s an excellent location with everything I needed. It’s really close to the 96th St. subway stop and a great neighborhood. I highly recommend.

I stayed in Chip and Cathy's apartment for 3 months. Chip and Cathy are people with a very big heart! The accommodation is sumptuous and feels like home. The apartment is always very clean and Chip and Cathy were always there when I had a question. If you're on the fence about this place, don't hesitate, it's a real gem! Thanks again to Chip and Cathy for their hospitality.

My stay at Alicia's was perfect. It was a small but cosy room, the private 1/2 bathroom was great. The kitchen was amazing, and had everything you need. I loved all the art and books in the apartment, and I loved hearing about the stories and relationships behind the works and the artists. Combined with the great view, it was an inspiring location and apartment to stay in. The location of the appartement is great. With the subway it was really easy to go downtown. The location felt quite safe as well, as did I felt quite safe in the subway as well. As a woman of 23 traveling to New York for a month on her own for the first time, I was really happy staying at Alicia. I felt safe and comfortable coming back every time. I can thus really recommend Alicia's place! Would love to stay here once I come back to New York again.
