My now husband and I rented this place for us and our wedding party to stay at for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and the hosts were very kind. The billiards room was especially fun for our group, and the back deck was a perfect hang out spot. I was very happy that the neighborhood felt safe.

I have stayed at several of the homes Renee hosts, and this was possibly my favorite! The house exceeded our expectations! Very open and comfortable. All of Renee's homes are clean and welcoming! The bedding and towels are great, beds are comfortable. Very clean, very inviting, awesome welcoming touches. Would 100% stay here again!!

Geoff was a great host! Supper friendly, very communicative and responsive. The home is ideal for a large group and has a great backyard for hanging out. In a very convenient location to visit downtown Greenville and Furman University. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Dan’s place was great- gorgeous pool, amazing setup, clean, close to downtown, wonderful amenities, etc. I would love to stay here again - highly recommend!

We rented the spacer for a wedding rehearsal dinner and bridesmaids stay. It was a beautiful older home that had such a warm feel. The setting was just perfect!

we absolutely loved Christian's place!! the stock pool was such a hit with the two small grandsons and loved the back yard. Fell in love with that tree!! Everything was spotless and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we loved Greenville!!

Great location and walkable to Greenville downtown restaurants and activities. Amanda was extremely responsive and proactive to check on us at arrival to make sure everything was ok. The guidebook had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The rooms were way larger than the pictures made it appear. Nice to have the two separate living areas especially with kids. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again if back in Greenville.

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect and perfect location/setup for our getaway. Everything we needed with plenty of room, perfect for four guys on a golf trip!! Even had a brand new grill, updated appliances and perfect theater room to watch the Final Four games!! Can’t say enough about this place and the owners were very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Five stars all around and would highly recommend!!

Can’t say enough great things about Sunset Point! Beautiful and Spotless inside, they thought of every detail. The livingroom had a large comfy couch and the beds and bedding top notch! Bonus- it is decorated so cute-LOVED the color coded beautiful bookcase! My son plays lacrosse at Anderson university, we were spending the week to catch a few of his games-I wanted a place that felt like vacation but also be able to cook some homemade meals. Sunset point exceeded my expectations! The kitchen had everything needed including a crockpot and the outdoor grill was a great addition! Outside we were able to enjoy the beautiful lake-the views and the sunsets stunning! Marvin has a shed fully stocked w beach chairs, cornhole, paddle boards, floats and there is also kayaks! They truly thought of everything. I am so glad to have found this gem.. don’t hesitate to book it-you’ll be so glad you did! I can’t wait to go back! This home was exactly what we needed and expected. We were very satisfied and would rent again.

My friends and I stayed here for only for a night but they were soooo friendly and very accommodating! We were able to drop off our luggage early which was very helpful to us. They provided some snacks, water, and some other items while we were staying which was so sweet and we LOVED! Great place and even greater hosts! We definitely would stay again!!! :)

This was one of the best places I've stayed. It was clean roomy, quiet neighborhood, convenient to my destination and the host was quick to respond when i had a question.

We booked this property on very short notice for an unexpected trip, and it worked out perfectly for a large family gathering. Ginger was very quickly responsive to any questions, was so friendly and helpful, and the house was just what we needed. The highlights were the dining room view of the gardens and the chickens of course! The fresh eggs were a nice surprise and much appreciated! I would certainly stay at this property again and Ginger is a great host!!

Extremely loveedddd Carolinas place it was so beautiful for one and cozy . Love the Interior and Exterior design the most that’s what really drawn us to book. When we got there immediately fell in love ! Carolina was so responsive, never had to contact bout issues. Will book again when visiting Greenville Sc. Definitely 10/10!

We had a great stay at Everett’s place! The dog loved the independence that he had on and in the property! Totally fenced in so we didn’t have to worry about him getting loose! We spent a lot of time outside just grilling out and sitting on the patio. Very cute little house!
