Monthly Rentals in Claymont

This place is a great find! I booked a long term stay and it was so worth it. It is safe, pet friendly, close to essentials, and comfortable. The host, Stephanie, is kind, communicative and responsive and helps out whenever needed! There are one/two onsite parking spots available, as well as plants of street parking available. There were no bugs, pests or anything like that. the place was very clean when I got in. I had my dogs stay with me now and then and there were no issues. You are one turn away from the highway and so, you're close to many amenities. There are a few nice dog parked nearby as well! There is a front lawn and a back lawn, so, great for dog owners. I stayed here mid-long term for work and I felt that I had found the perfect place!

Diane’s place was exactly as described and the pictures matched. Diane was extremely helpful and very hospitable. She was very responsive and made me feel right at home. It was like a home away from home. She lives near a state park and it’s walkable and absolutely beautiful. Next time I’m out in Wilmington, I will definitely stay here again.

The house had everything we needed and was in a quiet condo complex. It was very easy to check in by ourselves. We stayed for a month, and Darius made sure we had bathroom and kitchen supplies to last us the whole time. He was very easy to communicate with. Wilmington was charming!
