Lovely house with plenty of space. We had a great time staying here as a family.

We celebrated my family's Christmas here. Eight adults and one child slept comfortably for two nights. We were joined by four other adults during the day for our two-night stay. The house is tastefully decorated and we had space to gather for many different Christmas games, as well as for simple meals. The cupboards are completely stocked with most everything you can imagine. The house was spotless. There were some decorations for Christmas which we enjoyed. We would certainly stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a house to stay at in Marshall, MN.

We've stayed here before and hope to be back again in the future. Todd's Cottage is a perfect little 2br/1ba stay for family when out in the Granite area. Additionally, it's clear that Melissa cares about the property and guest experience. There were some significant improvements since the last stay (revised layout of the second bedroom), and her communication is prompt and courteous. In the warmer months, the garden space out back is perfect for relaxing!
