Love this apartment, has everything you need, spotlessly clean, spacious, safe, quiet, parking, excellent location, everything within walking distance. Nishea is always responsive, friendly , attentive on the few times had questions, highly recommend this location.

We fell in love with New Albany and the quietness of it all.. did a ton of walking along the river, downtown to pubs and restaurants, felt very safe. Our place was beautifully situated and well stocked, comfy bed and great pillows.. loved the front porch for a glass of wine. Would highly recommend.

Evan and Kinsey’s Farmhouse was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It felt like we were right at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped, and overall the space is lovely, well decorated, and just what we wanted. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first. We even got to experience some snow! We always have a great time here; the atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it feel like home. Everything is kept tidy and spotless. The hosts are truly wonderful and incredibly kind, providing excellent communication and support throughout our stay, which was definitely a highlight. They even surprised us with a little gift. You can really see their dedication and attention to detail in every corner of the house. We're certain we'll be back the next time we're in town.
