Vacation rentals with a patio in Clacton-on-Sea

Rachel is a very lovely person the house was beautifully kept so peaceful, I love the fact that she has a electric charging port Which I did use to charge my car after charging my car the next day I asked Rachel how much was the cost and she was so honest and told me the price and told me not to worry about it. I think that was really nice of her. I would recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect accommodation for our family of 5. (2 adults 3 children) Directly opposite the beach. Close to all amenities. The place was beautifully decorated, with everything you’d need. Everything has been carefully considered. Very comfortable stay and like a home from home. We would definitely stay again!

Loved staying at Iain's place. The place is exactly as described peacefull, private and with all of the necessary amenities. Iain was very helpful and responsive throughout the stay and often checked on me to make sure I felt right at home. 100% worth the price. 10/10 would recommend.

Matt was always responsive, and his property is exactly as advertised and in a good location. Everything is in good working order and provides lots of space to relax. The kitchen diner was a focal point during our stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and i would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Colchester or surrounding area its just 5 minutes to the A12 so has great links. On our next visit to Colchester we would most definitely consider this property as its perfect for our needs. Highly recommended

Lovely house in a courtyard (with parking) that felt peaceful and safe. The sun streamed through the large windows making it feel bright and welcoming and every room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The sea, prom and gardens are a short walk away. Karen has been kind and very helpful - good communication before our stay and helping to track down a lost item after we left. Couldn’t ask for more - it was a great place to stay.

Unfortunately we had to cancel birthday trip due to Storm D at the last minute as could not travel but just Melanie was amazing in agreeing to give full refund - she also had got a birthday cake and balloons as she knew we were celebrating my 50th - will be rebooking in Feb for belated birthday celebrations!!

Bruce is a wonderful host! The home was clean and fresh flowers greeted us. The patio garden was beautiful and a nice place to relax. The home was nicely updated and comfortable. This home was close to our daughter and we will definitely book it again the next time we are in Colchester!

Jason once again we had a lovely stay at your beautiful home. Such a homely feel and a great location. Peaceful and just perfect. Had a lot of fun playing pool. This was our second time staying and we will be back next year.

Very spacious house - large rooms, lots of spaces for our group of 11 of varying ages. Easily accommodated the extra 11 visitors for lunch and the afternoon. Enormous kitchen and utility room - very well appointed, every possible appliance. Swim spa, jacuzzi, garden and large trampoline got lots of use. Spotless throughout.

We had a supper weekend break here in Felixstowe. A clean and homely flat which was nice and quiet. We were able to go on lovely walks from Felixstowe into the surrounding countryside and also managed a trip on the ferry to Harwich. We had a problem with the TV and Amnar messaged us straight away and we sorted it out. A successful break!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location for all town amenities, shops, restaurants and the sea-front. The interior is very stylish and all appliances of high quality - including an outdoor terrace with garden furniture. An absolutely perfect seaside retreat for a single or a couple
