Rachel is a very lovely person the house was beautifully kept so peaceful, I love the fact that she has a electric charging port Which I did use to charge my car after charging my car the next day I asked Rachel how much was the cost and she was so honest and told me the price and told me not to worry about it. I think that was really nice of her. I would recommend

very clean ans modern apartment, two bathrooms. comfortable living room and kitchen area, good parking. location amazing- 3 mins walk from the high street.

Great location with the sea right across the street and only about 5 min walk to the hight street with shops and restaurants. Although you have only a very little sea view from the living room/main bedroom windows as the place is on the ground level, it was nice to just step out of the door and to be on the sea front. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed watching a movie every night on their comfy sofas and large TV screen.

Lovely space, extremely well equipped, and fantastic location! Had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

The Nook was a lovely place to stay. We needed a place to stay over Christmas while visiting family and Chrissy made us feel right at home. She was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need for our stay - Chrissy had even added some Christmas decorations which made us feel right at home!

Colleen was really friendly and helpful, really quick with responses and the annex was beautiful and spotless. We were so impressed for such a good price!

She is a great host and the place is perfect to stay. And when I visited there I forgot take my charger with me and she even gave me her charger to use. Comes with a very own small kitchen too. Which was very useful. Highly recommend this place.

The Annexe was a lovley getaway for us. The property was cosy, clean and felt just like home. Very quiet and peaceful. Anne was a very helpful and responsive host and was always just a message away. The property is well equipped and heated up very well which was needed for the colder evenings. Comfortable bed, stocked up kitchen and all round the ideal place the stay

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

We had a supper weekend break here in Felixstowe. A clean and homely flat which was nice and quiet. We were able to go on lovely walks from Felixstowe into the surrounding countryside and also managed a trip on the ferry to Harwich. We had a problem with the TV and Amnar messaged us straight away and we sorted it out. A successful break!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location for all town amenities, shops, restaurants and the sea-front. The interior is very stylish and all appliances of high quality - including an outdoor terrace with garden furniture. An absolutely perfect seaside retreat for a single or a couple

Always enjoy staying here . Heating and water works well . A 1 min walk to beach . Beds are comfy , kitchen is adequate.
